Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Santiago Metropolitan Region

I was in Santiago for ~2 weeks and stayed at a few different places. Francisca’s was my last one and by far the best of all. Beautiful apartment and kept perfectly for arriving guests. I also really appreciated to be able to use parking and the unit’s washer. Francisca was very helpful and so I had a great time. Would definitely come back if I’m in Santiago again. We frequently use Airbnb and I write short responses. This is the longest I have written because Mauricio, and his apartment at Valle Nevado were truly outstanding. First, Mauricio proactively provided recommendations at the time of booking and before arrival. It was also the only time we met at host in-person. He and his friend helped us with ski bags. The location was first floor which is the easiest of the 8 story building for ski in/out. We were steps from the ski room and access door to the slopes. We often grilled after skiing while watching our kids play in the snow in the evenings. The views were incredible. The 3 bedrooms worked perfectly for our family of 5--our boys 8 and 10 loved the bunk room while our daughter, age 12, enjoyed her space. The water pressure was the best I have ever experienced--no water savers like the USA makes me jealous. If you are debating which apartment to lease, stop now and book this one. You won't be disappointed!

The apartment is the same as the photos. Everything was very clean. Very comfortable. The Zip team is very attentive to everything. They resolved all questions and requirements immediately. Concierge and 24/7 control I really liked it

Beautiful view of the Andes mountains. The apartment is very nice, very clean, and well-stocked. It is so helpful when Airbnb apartments have salt and this apartment had plenty of salt! The building has a gym and a pool that is open in the summer. It is near the Bellas Artes metro station so it is very fun and convenient.

Very comfortable apartment to move both with the car through the large parking lot as walking or with the metro.

Very good attention and flexible with the schedules, the only problem I had was that in the parking lot, my truck could hardly fit, and I had to stick it a lot to a wall where I barely went down, but it's because it's very big hahaha, everything was very clean and beautiful

The apartment has an incredible location, minutes by metro bilbao and surrounded by cafes and minimarkets. It has all the tools to be able to enjoy the stay without problems. Francisco is very attentive and I help us with all our requirements. Very comfortable and clean, and features a very large private patio.

great point for visiting the historic center on foot and anywhere else by subway because the Lá Moneda station is on the side. It has a market on the side too, very useful for optimizing shopping, snacks. extremely cordial and friendly reception staff. Mariana received me and took me to the market to show me where I was, even though it was 2 minutes away. It was exactly functional and I highly recommend it.

The apartment comfortable, safe and in a good location

This is one of the best Airbnbs in the area, which I say because I have stayed in many of them all over Santiago for a year. Even within the building, there are multiple Airbnbs I have stayed in, and Elias’s is one of the best. Everything worked well in the apartment, and Elias was very responsive and helpful in making sure everything was perfect. The basic aspects of an Airbnb met my expectations, such as good WiFi/Internet, clean, and the building has all the amenities (clean rooftop pool, gym, grocery store next to the building). Above and beyond that, Elias provides a very comfortable bed, high-quality towels, salt, sugar, a blender, and sharp cooking knives. The apartment would be very good for long stays.

The place is everything it promises, in addition to being in a central sector that quickly connects with all the attractive spaces of Santiago without being inserted in areas of high traffic or noise. Everything is perfect

Jorge was a great host, very attentive and proactive. The apartment is great, all very new and clean. The surrounding area is very safe, with many options of market, restaurants, malls and public transportation. I would certainly return!

A very nice and cozy apartment, very close to the historic center of Valparaiso. We loved it.

We were passing through and needed a place to sleep because we were invited to a wedding nearby. The apartment is right at the station las Americas and therefore very easy to reach on foot! The apartment has totally served its purpose for us! But there is nothing special in the village in itself. But there is a mini market right next to the building and around the corner there is a small bakery with empanadas. A supermarket is also within walking distance. All in all a good apartment

For the 3 days I went to Santiago it was pleasant, Jorge is a trusted person, he is always attentive to every query you can ask him, and the place is also beautiful and accurate for me and my partner, and besides he gave the opportunity to leave a little later at the usual time, so I would surely come back again in the future I recommend it 🙌
