Holiday rentals in Santiponce

Very attentive host. A house with a garden, swimming pool, dining room and kitchen. We stayed 9 people, for a week, and we felt at home. We would repeat in case of coming back in the area.

David is super helpful and kind. Loads of thought out into every detail of the place. Very extremely clean, neat and organized.

We had a lovely stay with my husband, my two daughters and a couple of friends with their two daughters. The place is even better than the pictures. It is very large, very pleasant, very well thought out and secure. Our children aged 2 to 11 had a lot of fun. The accommodation is very clean, in very good condition. No cleaning is expected when leaving, the owners take care of everything that is not negligible when our return flight is at 7 a.m. Once again, thank you for everything.

The house is very large and comfortable for 2 families with children. We had problems with the fridge and hot water, but Antonio was very attentive to us. The truth is that we were very comfortable, the upstairs terrace is a treat.

We spent a weekend with friends with kids of different ages. The house is very nice and well decorated but very practical at the same time, well located in a natural setting. Debra pending any need we had. Despite the bad weather we had, the house gives many possibilities to enjoy. Good experience!

Massive villa, was beautiful. Very comfortable, approx €14 Uber into centre. Lovely pool and fully stocked kitchen. Quiet neighbourhood. Would highly recommend for groups or big families.

My experience has been very positive. The kitchen was fully equipped, Nordi had all the necessary utensils to spend a few days, coffee maker, toaster, plates, glasses, silverware, oven, microwave, a good refrigerator and enough utensils. The bathroom was clean, smelled great, looked spotless, Nordi left toilet paper available, soap and gel and is to be appreciated. The pristine rooms, they all have closets, very good mattresses as well as the pillows, I suffer back pain and I slept like a baby. The big living room with huge flat TV and a sofa that turns into a huge bed! Very comfortable. There were paper napkins for meals. Overall Nordi had the apartment spotless. The area was quiet, could park perfectly and had quick exit access to the road. Nordi has been very kind to Nosostros, helped us at all times and was very responsive to all hours. We leave very happy with the floor and the attention received with the host. I recommend it 100%

This is the perfect place to stay if you want to discover Sevilla on foot. There are a lot of amazing restaurants just a few steps away and it’s a ca 20 min walk to the city center (cathedral of Seville). The place is clean and has all amenities you would need for a few days. The host is very responsive and friendly. Easy check-in/out. Would love to stay here again if I’m ever in Seville!
