The house is exactly as in the pictures and description. It is in a very wooded place. By car from about 3min to the beach of the Azores, very easy and quick, practical, quiet, zero traffic. Local in the middle of the green, only noise of birds. Alessandra is great host. It has split in the bedroom, but q ends up cooling the entire house. Not many mosquitoes, despite being in a region with a lot of greenery. It is safe!!! Perfect for 1 couple, or 1 couple and 1 child, as there is a sofa bed in the room. The room has door, the q guarantees privacy. The sofa bed is very comfortable, until more than the double bed, q is of springs. The bath is electric, but in floripa it is hot, so it meets very well. We caught a heat on the days we were in the house, but in the morning and at night the house refreshes, to the point that we turned off the air conditioning to sleep. The trees guarantee this cooling for a pleasant night. There are mosquito net screens on the windows...and a nice little wind runs. Cozinhamos. Everything was great. It has a closed patio.

The stay was sensational! We had an unforeseen with my vehicle on the first day, Thiago understood and helped us so much!! The house is even better than in the description! Location of easy access, clean, comfortable bed and had everything you need for a good stay, we love the place. It is about 5 minutes walking from Campeche beach, which is very good by the way, quiet and extremely clean waters. We did not know Florianópolis and we feel safe all the time, the neighborhood is very safe and there is everything nearby, markets, pharmacies, stores etc.. I have recommended the site to friends and we intend to return soon! Thanks Thiago!!

My partner and I stayed with Carlos for a month while working remotely (the house has wifi). The spot beyond exceeded our expectations. We joke that we will never find a place more beautiful than this. It's extremely private and quiet, and you have walking access to trails that Carlos has built around the property. The entire property has been beautifully landscaped, but also remains wild. We often took evening walks up the hill to see capybaras and other local fauna. The spot is walkable to town and the beach, or a very short car ride away. There are also some amazing hikes you can do from Pantano do Sul directly. Carlos is a welcoming, knowledgable, and responsive host; he helped us feel at home for our entire stay. We very much hope to return and have another stay in the future.

The place is amazing, with a lovely landscape, surrounded by beautiful pines. The cabin is very clean , organized and cozy, we feel at home.

Excellent accommodation in Praia do Rosa. You're in a prime location, close to the beach and downtown. You don't need to get your car out. It overlooks the ocean, and a large balcony where we had breakfast every morning and felt in the middle of nature with a view of the nose. The host and his team are always attentive. I only have to thank for the receptivity of Junior and Rúbia and for the wonderful holidays I spent with my family at Pousada Nosso Sonho! The place is very quiet and welcoming, close to the beach (not a 5 minute walk) and close to market, restaurant and pharmacy. You can do everything on foot. The inn is exactly as advertised and the accommodation has everything a family needs. My kids loved and enjoyed the pool a lot! Already recommended Dream Beach to everyone, now I have a special place to recommend where they can stay. Gratitude!

was our first experience on Airbnb, and couldn't have wished for better, we love the place, the tranquility, and the peace. the village had all the necessary utensils, until an Airfryer I asked if they had, they arranged on standby. ideal for couples who want time alone and tranquility, the only point of attention is the road that gives access that is somewhat narrow, nothing impeding but needs to come with attention due to the opposite traffic, but only that. all were very welcoming and attentive, we really liked it and recommend it.

Really very cozy and comfortable, it was easy to find the place, to check in, everything was clean and tidy had bed linen and towels, all very carefully, we had an unforeseen with the shower and Cacá was quick to answer us and help us, everything went well! the beach really is close and very beautiful, it is all close to a walk away. We managed to cook quietly, had kettle, pots, all very carefully available la! Super recommend.

It was all just wonderful! The announcement reflects exactly the reality and, I can say, the experience is even better in person. It's only ten minutes of trail to the house, but time goes by flying thanks to the breathtaking scenery and the pleasure of walking through the charming ‘alleys’. A perfect place for those who love to be in touch with nature! I was delighted and will undoubtedly return. In addition, Nathalie is an amazing hostess: fun, friendly and extremely kind!

Chris was a wonderful host, very attentive and responsive. The chalet is better than the pictures! It looks smaller in the images, but it is much more spacious (which has a very positive impact on arrival). The surroundings? Super quiet! Great for disconnecting. The kitchen is super well-equipped, you don't even have to leave the house if you want. Close to the beach by foot. Unfortunately, when we were rained and we couldn't enjoy the outside so much (pool, deck to watch the sunrise, etc.). But we will definitely return to enjoy the venue. Thank you Chris!
