Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Santo Domingo Este

Nice and cozy place. Excellent for taking a private and peaceful trip with your family. Enjoyed very much!. The view is amazing and the property is very well preserved.

The pictures don’t do this house justice, looks way better in person. Host was very friendly & helpful; the kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with amenities & refreshments. Location was not far driving distance to good restaurants and activities. Would definitely stay here again and recommend for friends/family.

If you're looking for a cultural DR experience and do not mind walking 10 minutes to the beach/restaurants, I highly recommend. It also took me 35-40 mins to walk to the Juan Dolio Liquor store the "nightlife partying" nearby. Very safe location even if it looks a bit sketchy at first. There area cameras on property. I walked alone at night and felt very safe. Most locals are there to protect tourists. During the tour Eddy was welcoming and went above and beyond to help! Some things that were broken, but he let me know ahead of time and was very honest. The water pressure in bathrooms was not always great. They also only have cold water in some showers but it was also hot outside so it was nice! One of the bathroom toilets was not working, but Eddy was on top of it and was helpful. There was 1 waterbug in a room when we first arrived, but did not see any other insects. A/C works in well in 1A, not so much in 1B but not unbearable. It is a 3rd world country so many things expected.

A group of 8 Ladies stayed at this Beautiful Villa from 1/23-1/27/25. From the start Mr. Wilman answered ALL of my questions (I wanted to make sure we were booking the Villa that would meet our needs during this trip). I am glad we booked because it didn’t disappoint at ALL…. The Villa is located in a nice area about 25 minutes from SDQ airport & about 45 minutes from Santo Domingo. We included the Chef Mr. Wilson ( we highly recommend it; you can also add for the Chef to go daily food shopping to meet the needs of your daily meals). We also included transportation too/ from the airport & we also added extra for a few outings. Again do not hesitate to book as I am already planning to return with my Family!! There were a few little minor things that occurred but, we shared them with Mr. Wilman to ensure it doesn’t happen again. Señor Wilman, muchas gracias otra vez por toda su atención; por contestar cada pregunta que teníamos y por hacer este viaje perfecto. Nos vemos pronto :)
