Tiny studio well located and very well decorated. I felt like home. Marianelis Is very reactive and kind. Zona colonial is something like 6min walking distance.

1000/10 recommend. This is a small boutique hotel that is seemingly BRAND NEW. 24h security and control accessed entry make it extra comfortable. My room was a small apartment equipped with everything you’d need and more for a great weekend. The bed was amazing, well dressed and had tons of great pillows. The bathroom was clean and soap/extra towels were provided. TONS of natural light and cute plants all around. Jaz was very communicative and the hotel staff was friendly too. I would def stay again! It’s right on the main strip of businesses and only about a block from the beach. There’s a V cute 3rd floor terrace too! The beach has crystal clear flat waters and there’s spots to party and other spots to relax. Wonderful stay!!

As I celebrate my one year anniversary of continuing stay, I’m delighted to share that José Luis’s place is hands down one of the best destinations decision I’ve ever made… what gets me is the exquisitely underrated privacy, and security of the location; not to mention that what truly makes this stay an awesome home away from home, is the host José Luis, and his lovely family. Truly a wonderful place!

A super clean environment, close to many places, great .

I loved the place. I would be back again, super centrally located in the downtown /university area of Santo Domingo. The apartment has 3 bathrooms one in each room and a half bath x if you have a visit. There is colmado available for llamas they are very quick when you sort something. Very quiet place, cozy and very private. The only thing is that you need some kitchen utensils that if you are going to eat outside or don't think to be much in the apartment would not affect anything. Super efficient and attentive Arelina. I recommend it 100%

We liked our stay here. As described and as pictured. Place is well located and easy to walk to Malecon Blvd or Zona Colonial. Less than 5 minutes for both. Clean, confortable,.good ac and best hot water pressure we had during our trip to DC. Well equiped kitchen Carmen was great and answering so fast! We appreciated a lot! we recommend. Gracias Carmen!

The home was one street away from the malecon. There was private parking. The house was spotless and the beds comfortable. I would come back without hesitation.

The villa was great, cozy and clean with everything you need. The complex Beautiful and serene. Valencia was very welcoming and responsive to all our needs and very accommodating . Total experience 10 out of 10❣️

the price was great, we had a superbowl party, there were things to do for nonsuperbowl watcher to do such as domino table and chairs kitchen fully stocked, much better than a hotel room, I fully enjoyed myself.

I have to say amazing I mean amazing the location is perfect you can get anything right around corner the host is brilliant always there if you need the house is way better than pictures it show trust me and most importantly thing I feel safe there

Carlenis was a great host throughout our stay! She was very responsive and communicative during the entire trip. The property was very quiet and made it feel safe since it was gated. Each room was as described in the listing and the photos as well. The beach was about a 10-15min walk from the property as well. I look forward to staying here again in the future. I stayed at this Airbnb and exceeded all of my expectations. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, the decor was modern and inviting, and every detail was carefully thought out to ensure a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, close to everything I needed, but quiet enough to rest. Also, the host was very responsive, responding quickly to any inquiries and providing great local recommendations. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and hope to return soon. Five stars for sure!

The Apartamento carries everything one needs for a good vacation in Santo Domingo, very close to the Colonial Zone, it has Garage and also carries a washing machine and dryer for clothes and even all the rooms carry air conditioning. The building also has an elevator in case you carry a lot of suitcase

Excellent accommodation, 100% recommended, perfect stay, you don't feel like leaving the place. Best of all, it's a short walk to the main spots..Excellent and comfortable place..Spectacular, beautiful natural, and private setting. Charming! .isabel is a perfect host.. . was very helpful, friendly, and responsive to all questions. Hope to stay here again.

Our family really enjoyed staying at this clean and comfortable apartment. It had amazing views of the ocean and Santo Domingo from the patio. The host was very nice and responsive. It felt like a very safe apartment complex and area. There was a pharmacy in the same complex which was helpful.

Edward's home was beautiful and exactly as you see in photos. Spacious enough that you could easily feel at home. Each bedroom came with it's own private bathroom and there was also a half bath for guests. The neighborhood is safe and in an easily accessible location. Ubers are cheap and usually available within a minute so there is no concern about moving around. If you're looking for a space away from tourist traps but close enough that you can tour and site see this is the place. Edward was extremely responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a very nice apartment in a great location in Santo Domingo. Everything was as shown in the photos and very comfortable. View of the ocean is spectacular. Highly recommend this unit. Very walkable with restaurants and grocery store close by.

The apartment was super clean, comfortable, the view was stunning and the host was super friendly and provided us with suggestions of things to do in the area and even a corner store to order food and essential products.
