Very comfortable cabin-like apartment in Roio Piano. Although it was freezing cold outside, the apartment was warm and cosy with excellent heating from a pellet stove. The surrounding area was nothing special as there are houses under construction. Everything else was really nice.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Melarancino with our 5-month-old dog Nala. The house has everything you need as well as a great outdoor space for the dog. Alessio was a very kind and helpful host: he allowed us to arrive before the standard check-in time and to stay even after the checkout time. The house is also very close to L'Aquila and Campo Felice.

The house surrounded by olive trees creates an atmosphere of relaxation in absolute silence, all surrounded by a really deserving view. The apartment is large and spacious. Comfortable beds and warm house for the winter, there is also a wood stove that heats a lot. Downstairs there is also a small gym available. There is a lot of countryside nearby and the area is quiet and peaceful. As a location it is very strategic to visit the Abruzzo mountain, in halfanhour you can reach Campo Imperatore and Campo Felice, in an hour at Lake Campotosto, in less than two hours you can reach the Majella, Scanno and Roccaraso. The living room TV is crazy, like being at the cinema! Finally, Domenico is a very serious, accurate and professional host as it is friendly and friendly. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

A new, spacious, functional and well equipped house in a small quiet village. An excellent place to discover the Abruzzo.

Everything was very clean and well cared for, Gianni and Lucia were also very kind to keep us a place to park our car, as well as suggesting a good restaurant for the evening. The location is also convenient for those who have to take the highway again or have to go skiing in Roccaraso.
