Cristina's apartment is very nice and the view fantastic! Everything was very clean and well maintained and we had a wonderful stay, which we could even extend. Cristina was always available for questions and very friendly and helpful. We didn't miss anything and we would stay with Cristina again at any time! Only the registration for check-in (face recognition) was a bit bumpy. It would be nice to receive detailed information in advance. Especially with the disclosure of passport data, you want to inform yourself in advance and not to the last minutes before check-in. However, Cristina was helpful at all times and we were able to have a great time at the property!

Since before making the reservation Guilherme was extremely attentive, left no doubt and still gave several tips. The apartment is exactly as it looks in the photos and it was described, everything new, everything working, everything clean, not counting some treats that make the stay more enjoyable (digital lock, internet, TV with Netflix, coffee maker, air + fan, etc.). The building is right next to the beach, has 3 elevators, the garage is just on the next corner and has everything we need most or wanted around.

Our stay was wonderful, Daniel was great and always responded quickly, we really liked the place and for sure at the next opportunity we'll be back

Everything was perfect and according to the announcement.. we arrived early in the morning and we were met on time by the security team, in the apartment there were chocolates , snacks and beer cono a mimo for us.. it was all clean and smelling .. met our expectations

APARTAMENTO: a delight, it has everything and tasteful. Close to the beach and very safe. (I'm taking advantage of and copying some of Elias' ideas.) HOST: How to rate a perfect host? I would say, at this time,through the word gratitude.... Gratitude, for the affection I was received, for the attention, education, posture... How to assess perfection? Perhaps, asking God to enlighten you always, as we still have wonderful human beings... Difficult to find adjectives to tell how WONDERFUL and good Elias is. To evaluate the perfect is to go beyond the Bojador and be able to dream of better days... I thank God for having had the opportunity to meet you. Maybe one day, our dictionaries bring adjectives to describe this indescribable person... God bless this fantastic human sere sere, who are already part of my family... Muuuuuito thanks...

Super recommend. Cozy apartment, though small, but accommodated 4 quiet people. All very clean and smelling, great location, close to everything, mainly market and bakery. Elias received us very well, even helped us with our bags. Officers were attentive and polite, always smiling, that counts too much. With ctz we will come back more often. I recommend the " Nina Drinks" tent that is right in front of the building, it is a person's candy, not counting the quality of the beats and portions, a fair price, it's worth checking out.

the building is beautiful , facing the beach , has a leisure area with very good pools, is close to several good restaurants and on top of the supermarket. I didn't use any of the days we stayed there! The owner is extremely kind and considerate. I recommend it!

I stayed at Maria's apartment during New Year's Eve and had a great stay. the apartment was impeccable, everything working perfectly, extremely clean, and very functional. It is equipped with all the utensils necessary for the comfort of 3 guests. The staff of the building are extremely friendly and helpful, always present and providing all the necessary support. The location is excellent, the building is facing the beach, but there is no noise, which is perfect, especially at this time of the year. Outside that right in front of the building are the GCM vehicles, which guarantee extra security on the beachfront walks. For sure, on my return to Santos, this will be a hosting that I will choose to stay. Not to mention the friendliness of host Maria, and all her helpfulness. Me responded promptly at all times, and it was very solicitous and empathetic with a personal question. Both the apt and the hostess deserve 5 stars.

My stay was WONDERFUL!!! The apartment is very faithful to the photos, with a beautiful decor…the host proved very kind…the neighborhood is quiet and with everything close… I definitely highly recommend it and intend to come back!!!

The apartment and cozy, the reception of Carol was very nice (we love the bonbons!). The location is great, it leaves you close to the beach. Overall, it was a good experience.

Great space, very similar to what was advertised, but it looks even bigger than the pictures. It was clean. Very efficient refrigerator, even small. The only issue we had is that the ceiling fan is turning off on its own and after a while goes back to work, but the floor fan helped a lot. Tatiane quickly responded and was very kind to us. Very close to the beach, close to bars and restaurants and market. Taking advantage of the stay a lot.

The apartment is beautiful, very well located and with an excellent ocean view. The building is quiet and quiet, ideal for resting. Lilian an excellent host.
