Holiday rentals with a sauna in São Bernardo do Campo

Gustavo's apartment was nice ,clean and exactly how it's described. The location can be a little busy, but it has good restaurants and easy access to many places. I'll be back!

Great and easy stay. The building is nice, secure, and in a great location. Tons of excellent restaurants nearby, and we were able to walk to many sites in the city. Hot water and internet worked well. The bedroom was very quiet.

Lugar super well located, close to several restaurants, mini markets, subway and pharmacies. Communication with the owner was also always quick and effective. The space is fun, as are the amenities. I highly recommend it.

The stay was wonderful, I felt right at home! The apartment is all beautiful and everything clean and smelling without counting the view to the sea, I had a beach in my window. We do not experience heat at any time, outside the housekeeping service with the removal of the garbage and cleaning the floor in the excellent week. To go to the beach and just across the street. And there's the sugar loaf next to the building that meets every need. And the wonderful pool!!!!! Beautiful place cozy and just go and I'm already planning my return. Now speaking of the host Andressa without words from the contraracao until the check out was incredible as it supported us with all the information with details and at the same time it left us very much at ease and still welcomed us with welcome kit, shared all the tips of the place. Wonderful! Ah the beach service with the provision of chairs and umbrellas made all the difference to be able to stay on the beach quietly all day.

The apartment is great, exactly as described in the pictures. The building looks like a resort with a lot of leisure and great location. Great to relax! Maria Lucia was very helpful and friendly, she showed us all the areas of the building. We'll be back for sure!

The apartment is impeccable, clean and still has Nespresso with some complimentary capsules, I really like this building... but this time I had problems with the checkin, because the car I registered broke down and I went with another car, when I arrived I had to wait 40 minutes on the street to get in with a car, so be aware of any change. Another attention is that the checkin of this apartment is at 3 pm, I found it late but I hired and tried to negotiate the arrival a little before, which was not accepted because the information I had is that the cleaning demand was high. I think it would be interesting to rethink and restructure this time so late.

I had an amazing experience during my stay in this apartment! The host was extremely helpful and friendly, always willing to help with any questions or needs. AP with great location,all close by we don't even use the car, comfortable, clean, scented with enough utensils. Great pillows, linens and clean bathrooms. Educated and helpful employees. Daniel very attentive and ready to help always. We love it.

The apartment is on the top (18) floor and has a beautiful view of the city, especially at sunset. The bed was very comfortable and the spa was relaxing. There were plenty of amenities such as a dishwasher, microwave, large refrigerator and freezer and a laundry machine. The air conditioners were great but there was also a pleasant breeze with the windows open. Roger and his crew responded to all my inquiries quickly and had many recommendations for things to do around the city. Also the neighbors in the building were al very nice.

Very good apartment, with all the conditions in excellent condition. The hosts are very kind and willing to help at all times. I would take this apartment again on a next occasion.

Gostei a lot, staff of the very cool building and I found a differential to have room service. Would recommend.

Such an incredible stay at Roni’s place in São Paulo. A little piece of paradise just outside the city, some of the best views I’ve ever seen and for sure one of the best airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. Would return in a heartbeat.

The house is wonderful better than in the photos, complete house, everything working perfectly stove, oven, refrigerators, fans, TVs, internet! Cibele and Carlos are great hosts, quick responded was very easy to talk with them, during the stay they were always available !!! The pool is a great size my kids loved it! Close to the beach🏖️, we went walking is about 4 blocks, they have beach chairs, cooler and an umbrella which saved us a lot on the beach by not using those from the kiosks, as we stayed 5 days. Markets and wholesalers are a 5-minute drive, the best I found was the Wholesale Tent has great prices and is huge. I had to take my son to the hospital at night due to an emergency and it was quiet Igesp hospital is a five minute drive and has a very good service, at 1:30 am he passed the doctor, performed blood and image tests and we came home. We will be back for sure, they were wonderful days, thank you for welcoming us 🙏🏻

I've never been better hosted! The host is amazing, kind, organized, friendly, and always willing to help. The whole space is wonderful! Very well cared for, cozy and clean. Unfortunately a small stretch of the streets inside the condominium needs maintenance as it is with medium-sized erosion. Tour Cars pass by. But maybe scrape the background. And the driver needs to be good. But this item is outside the responsibility of the host, and in no way harms the wonderful hosting experience.

The house is exactly as described in the photos and description. The atmosphere is quite pleasant, all clean and without mold. Elizete's care with us was amazing. We will certainly come back again and again.

The space is perfect for celebrating special moments, with a cozy energy that made us feel at home. In addition, details like an equipped kitchen and comfortable beds made all the difference.
