Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Sao Jose dos Campos

This was our second time hosting this property, and it will always be our first option for upcoming trips! Easy access, very well located, close to all the exits of São José (Max 2min), in front of the mall hills, access to places for very fast walking. The apartment is perfect for those traveling with max 3-4 people (2 bedrooms), bathrooms and very good living room. The condominium has 24-hour security, and also has an excellent gym and swimming pool. We do not use the kiosks, but it appears with a complete structure. Parking is also very good, easy maneuver and close to the elevators. Access to Carol (co-host) is always very easy. Always helpful and very polite.

The apartment is great, just like the pictures. Ricardo was a great host, always ready to answer any questions we had and orient ourselves in everything we need. I liked it so much that I even tried to extend the stay, but it was already booked lol. I'll definitely be back more often.

Rubia was great. The apartment is so cute and she was a great host. I was greeted by her who, in addition to showing me everything, left a very affectionate little letter (with all the information and local tips to make the stay easier) and irresistible treats (a chocolate dumpling of the hour, chocolates and even a coffee shop). In addition, she was available the entire time to solve any eventual problem (which in my case did not occur). I was super satisfied and rated it as a “mega” host (because it's too little).

Amazing stay ! I spent 30 excellent and unforgettable days at this location . Real Estate had everything it needed, extremely clean, very safe, use of facial biometrics resources. Great location, close to the mall, gym, banks, supermarket, health services. What marked me the most positively was the host Maria Cristina, who was a sensational person, from the first moment of a kindness and unparalleled education, full availability, goodwill and a smile on her face at all times. A wonderful person!! Everyone should meet a Maria Cristina in life. Entering the apartment I come across a pleasantly fragrant and clean environment in every room. It is noticed the care of the owner from the full shelf of seasonings in the kitchen to the impeccable white towels, through the functional and tasteful furniture. I felt so at ease that I almost had the impression of finding my photo albums in the drawers, and my stashed in the wardrobe! The place is close to shopping, restaurants, markets, gas stations, and most of the shopping was done on foot. The condominium has kind and polite staff, who receive very well and give all necessary instructions for lodging, from the location of the trash bins to the location of the garages. By the way, these are large and easy to park. If there is another opportunity, I intend to return

The place and the house are beautiful, very well cared for and we feel very much at home! The dogs and cats kept accompanying us and, for those of us who like animals, it was more of a joy! From the distance from the center it is essential to bring food and the kitchen is very well equipped. The only thing that was challenging was the road to get to the site. Due to the rain, it had large pools of water and very rugged. We were in a relatively low car and I got a little tense, but everything went well. I highly recommend your stay at Carpir site and hope to be able to return soon :)

We arrived late at night and it was super easy to find the house, pick up the keys, super brightly lit to get in. Brand new house, impeccable, super clean, cozy. Host always responding quickly. Second time we stayed in this apartment, very close to the beach, there is a very close market and the internet is very good to watch movies etc.
