Serviced apartment holiday rentals in São Paulo

The apartment is a delight, very safe, comfortable beds, bedding and smelling towels, very good showers. Comporta very well 3 people, great location, close to Paulista and two metro stations. The bakery in front of the hotel is a wonder aside. Hotel offers paid breakfast and lunch apart. We feel very comfortable and hope to return soon.

The property is very maintained, clean and stands out for the details: very good bedding and towels, comfortable beds, windows with blackout, equipped kitchen. Its location is excellent, close to bars and restaurants. The building stands out for the service of employees, always attentive and polite, as well as the ease of parking. Lian is a great host and has returned to us quickly on every request. We stayed 12 days and we liked it very much.

Impeccable communication, very clean apartment, nice area. Swimming pool is not deep. Never went.

Super tidy apartment, with all the kitchen items to make snacks, clean and smelling bed and bath linen. The place is very nice, close to bars, restaurants and markets. We walked to the MASP and strolled through Paulista. Although the apartment is close to trendy places, the street is very quiet and without noise. The hostess is very attentive and provided all the information so that our stay would be even more enjoyable. We intend to return soon!

Apartment as advertised! An Host, responded promptly to my request. I had only one difficulty using the TV because it is not broadcasting the channels of the operator.

The apartment was perfect for 5 adults. Clean and modern. Easy walk to Avenida Paulista, lots of good restaurants. The curved driveway in front allowed for easy loading and unloading of baggage and passengers from Ubers.

Greatly located apartment with mall, market and restaurants nearby. The neighborhood is quiet for walking and the apartment is clean and matches the images of the site. Rafaela was always helpful and quickly responded to messages.

I was very pleased. The apartment has a perfect space for 2 people (up to 3) who are passing through the area. It was clean and organized. Towels available, clean and packaged. Clean bedding. The bed is good, with firm mattress. The apartment window is anti-noise. The high floor (12th) also helps. We sleep very well, without noise. Airy apartment with solar lighting. The wi-fi worked well. The showerheats well and has good water pressure. The cost benefit was excellent. The garage is included in the price, which was very good because the parking lots in the region are often expensive. He compensated for us to leave the car in the garage and ride uber. The boys at the concierge are too good people, they guide you in everything you need and even more, with good tips on where to eat walking (or driving). We feel safe and comfortable. I recommend this home. Check-in and check-out were very fast.

It met the expectations, clean, organized and easy to access, just the noise of the people of the establishment next door that bothers a little but nothing too much.

Apartment well located is good infrastructure

Location just like in the photos. Valet parking, great service in general. Very well located for those who want to know the central region of São Paulo.

Me and my family love the apartment. All very clean tidy and smelling, with various places to eat, gas station and mall all around. The hosts were attentive with the very clear instructions on how everything worked, I would highly recommend the site.

The place is exactly as shown in the photos, comfortable, clean, kitchen with essentials. Condominium with good gym and self-care shop. Nearby has good markets and pharmacy. Pilar always responds quickly, and was kind and helpful when I needed it.
