Second time (of infinity) we will be staying in Denise's bungalows. Always an amazing experience! The place is gorgeous, super close to the beach (too beautiful), full of nature, silence, comfort, calmness, everything we seek for our vacation. If you are lucky enough to stay at this mansion on the ocean it will change your life! The view is unbelievable and the house is immaculate. Roberto the house manager is so sweet and helpful. He cleaned the pool everyday and made sure we were taken care of! Sandra the house keeper makes sure your towels and sheets are fresh and clean everyday day! The pool is luxury and the PRIVATE BEACH IS HEAVEN! Don’t wait to book this postcard house on the beach! Muito Brigado!!!!!!!!!

The house is amazing, perfect location, 100% foot in the sand. Best part is to be all fenced, our dogs were loose on the lawn and enjoyed it with us! A delight.

We had a great stay! We stayed in 11 people and the house behaved very well! Air-conditioned rooms, the great pool and every day went to clean the pool! Easy access to the beach, clean house and very well equipped kitchen! Condominium Gateway friendly and helpful! And Jade very helpful and quickly answered all the questions we had! The experience was amazing! The impeccable house had everything we needed, and it looked like hotel service. We hired by Andrea his diarista and we had towels changed every 2 days, cleaning the beds every day and cleaning every time we needed! The pool is amazing and in the ideal temperature, all the rooms and bathrooms are very large and organized. Communication with Andrea was excellent and she made sure everything went in the best possible way! It would surely return!

Second time we stay at Antonio’s and theres a clear reason for it! The house is great, has everything and anything a person might need! Very clean, and Antonio is so available and kind. The beach is wonderful and pretty privatw. Its very immersed in nature! Would always reccomend and come back

We went to São Sebastião to take our children to a Futsal Championship. We love the house, the location and the beach that is very quiet and pleasant. I undoubtedly recommend the house of Mauricio!

We spent a week at Daniela's house and everything was absolutely perfect, since before our trip she helped us a lot with all the questions we had, always very attentive and available, and arranged everything so that our stay would be perfect with a 5-star reception! We also had the help of Pat that was amazing, she received all our shopping before we arrived and left the entire house stocked before our entrance, during our days there besides Pat keeping the house very clean and organized, she also helped us with everyday shopping (ice and etc.) and prepared delicious foods and also snacks that took us on the beach all day, in 2 days we also had the help of Evair for beautiful barbecues. Finally, over the house, it is beautiful, totally well equipped with super modern and well-kept items, very well accommodates large families in all the rooms. The service of the condominium is also very good, foot in the sand and the stalls on the beach are great.

Wonderful home! We went to a group of friends! Wide suites, we love every corner of the house! The pool overlooking the sea! The private beach! The owner is super cute and requests!

On arrival, we were already delighted with the private beach and the tranquility.. The suite is great, we love the jacuzzi, comfortable bed. The windows could have curtain or blackout in the kitchen, which gives a sense of more privacy, but it wasn't an issue for us. Sinuê and his wife welcomed us very well, and I felt comfortable in the space and we spent wonderful days.

The Baleia beach is my passion, and to find a great stay like this accommodation of Clóvis and Adriana loved muitoooo. We had excellent days in the house. The condominium staff assemble and dismantle the bars on the beach are very helpful. We only had a problem and the air conditioning the first day. But it was settled so the second night is fine. And since there was one person from the house who stayed at work, tb had difficulties with the internet. But if everyone is on vacation just need internet to access basic sites, there's no problem. I recommend the house, we will definitely return.

The house is very comfortable, located in a quiet condominium in the midst of preserved forest. The condominium offers stalls and chairs. Host Fábio was very attentive, helpful and proactive. We had only one problem with the air-conditioning of one of the rooms that was promptly resolved by Fabio, having no impact on our stay. During the stay we were able to count on the support of the employee of the house who provided us with a great cleaning and cleaning service and kitchen.

I chose the house to spend my birthday with my family. The best choice I could make. The house has one of the most beautiful gardens I have ever seen .. as soon as you enter the garage, you have to be careful not to fall straight into the sea, hahaha, so standing in the sand it is. The garden lounges are a real invitation for good and long conversations. The pizza oven is excellent and the barbecue as well. The Body Shower and the Standing Township with wonderful water and pressure. Bed linen, bath towels and beach chairs, for 9 people. The dining room is beautiful and very wide. There are laundry, iron, utensils in the kitchen to support any need, such as blender, orange juicer, cocktail, zester, nespresso machine, ice bucket, glasses and glasses... All great. I'll be back for sure
