Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Sarasota Beach

We've stayed at Indigo at the Beach for spring break two years in a row with our daughters. The location is perfect for walking to the beach and downtown. Corinna and Tim are super nice and communicative. And the place is spotless and has all the fixings for a day at the beach, a home cooked meal, or anything else you'd want to do on vacation. The pool is also lovely.

This place did not disappoint my husband and I. The unit was newly remodeled and so well done, organized and attentions to details for guest conveniences. We loved it !

I had an incredible stay at Edyta’s condo unit. As soon as I walked in the unit, it was completely clean and beautiful. Edyta supplied me with month’s supply of dish washing pods, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, and dryer sheets. (Other locations have not been so generous) All of her appliances were top notch and in perfect condition. Everything was decorated nicely. I felt very comfortable during my stay which is greatly appreciated since I stayed for a couple months. Edyta was very quick to respond and address anything I needed. Thank you !

Melinda's condo was amazing! Beautiful location and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay. She was very helpful and communicative during our stay as well. We definitely look forward to staying here again.

We loved our stay here! The condo is new, quiet, and clean! We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the wildlife and boats pass by! Our family also really loved the pool and hot tub! We would love to return again some day!

Great place to stop with kids, 3 min walk to beach, grocery shopping and plaza with a bunch of stores and restaurants 5 -10 min walk. Trolley stop right there.

The house was better than the pictures - location was perfect for short random trips to the store. It was easy to baby proof the house with littles. It was so clean that it felt like we were staying in a brand new home. Thank you guys!

Great stay. We love all the gulf canal neighborhoods and this one was no different! Great area. Not as busy as others we have been to, that is a plus for us. Good restaurants within just a couple minute drive, walk or bike ride. The house was great. Laid out well, comfortable and has pretty much everything you could need. We spent 90% of our time outside and really enjoyed the pool and fishing off the plentiful dock space. Overall, we’d be thrilled to stay here again and are thankful to have had a great few days in Punta Gorda and at this great home! Thank you Thais for sharing your home with us.

We enjoyed our stay at Kathleen’s home. This was our first time coming to AMI since the hurricane. Kathleen was sure to send updated photos of the interior following repairs. There were still some repairs needed on the exterior (various exposed construction and holes in soffits). However this did not significantly impact our stay. The home was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated the natural shower gels, shampoo and abundance of sunscreen. There were numerous beach toys as described and the beach wagon came in handy. The space felt a little tight with two families (with somewhat older children) but would be perfect for young kids given the quantity of toys and activities. We had an issue with the interior locks at one point but this was handled well by the host. Overall we had a nice experience. Thank you!

We had a great experience! We loved that it was 8 min away from siesta Key beach, and for the price we got what we paid for. They left us coffee pods and snacks. It was a fully functional kitchen- great for 2 couples or a family with children. The pullout sofa was a bit uncomfortable for us 30+ year olds but for kids would be amazing. Overall it was a great easy come in and out. We were not aware that there are other units in the same house, but we apsolutley did not mind! We will be coming back again when we are in the area.

Leyla's property was perfect for our stay. Came to visit our grandkids who lived in North Port and gave us a great spot to relax at the end of the night.

We had a wonderful 8 days stay at this lovely home. The house was spotless, and the private garden and pool were also very clean and well-maintained. We truly felt at home and enjoyed using the pool whenever we wanted—it was so relaxing. The location was great, with beautiful beaches just a short drive away. We had everything we needed in the house, which made our stay even more comfortable. Our host was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive. Communication was always quick and smooth. We didn’t experience any issues during our stay. Overall, it was a clean, peaceful, and well-equipped home that gave us a perfect holiday. We’d definitely love to come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

We had a great and relaxing stay! Really felt comfortable here. We all agreed the beds were cozy, and loved the comfy couches with blankets to snuggle. The kitchen was very well stocked, and made cooking easy. And enough seating for everyone around a table! The highlight for sure was the backyard/pool. An oasis! It was perfect for the kids to have games to play when not in the pool, and I loved the loungers. The shades above made it perfect at any time of day. Felt very private as well. There were beach chairs, towels, cooler bag that we used as well. I even did laundry twice because it was so nice. The house stayed cool, and the showers were always hot. Thanks for a great stay!

We live in the area and had extensive home repairs ongoing, so we needed a place to stay nearby. The condo was perfect and a step up from other options we've used and at a price we could afford. We stayed two weeks and felt very comfortable. Everything was well cared for, clean, and easy to use. The condo felt spacious and the view over the water was simply gorgeous, featuring dozens of pelicans every day we were there. Inside, the layout was simple and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and each of the bedrooms was perfect for us. The expansive master bath with a lovely shower, washer/dryer, and storage closest gave us room to stay clean and organized. Parking was easy with a reserved spot close to the elevator, and the hosts gave excellent and proactive instructions on what to do and how to do it. We had no problems getting into the unit and appreciated how peaceful and safe the place felt.

We have just spent a wonderful 10 days in Sarasota staying in Jennifer’s apartment at The Strand. The accommodation was perfect in every way; a real home from home with everything thoughtfully provided by our host - from toiletries and cleaning products to beachtowels and even a coolbox. The apartment was spotless and easily accessible and communication with our host was so simple. Jennifer always responded swiftly to any messages and nothing was ever too much trouble. We would not hesitate to return to this accommodation again and highly recommend both the apartment and our host, Jennifer, to anyone looking for high quality, comfortable surroundings for their holiday.

We had a wonderful week in MIchele's unit. There were no surprises! The condo was immaculate and modern. Michele was extremely responsive with any questions we had. The check in instructions were excellent. Seeing a bottle of prosecco with two chilled glasses in the fridge was such a nice surprise! The location was outstanding, with Saint Armand's Circle and downtown Sarasota being just minutes away. We also loved the nearby restaurants that Michele recommended. Each room has a large screen tv with Roku loaded with a number of active streaming channels. The water view from the balcony was great, and parking couldn't have been easier in the reserved spot. We arrived without having had a chance to go shopping, and it was so nice that there were cold waters and sodas in the fridge, and plenty of coffee k-cups on the counter. We would definitely stay with Michele again. She was a great host and we really enjoyed our stay.

Brian’s place was just right. It was clean and nicely decorated. As soon as you walk in you see the view of the beautiful landscaping and pool. We were here at the end of July and the pool was refreshingly cool every day! How do. They do that. The area is very walkable with waterways everywhere. Just a quick drive or a challenging walk and at the end is the Don Cesar! Great location. Would definitely rent again😎

Extremely proactive and responsive host. Very nice condo which was very clean and had everything we needed. Nice pool, hot tub, and workout facility. Location was close to downtown, restaurants, beaches, golf, and shopping.

Beautiful apartment overlooking the canal. It's possible to walk to downtown Sarasota in about 30 minutes, as well as parks and the marina area. Nice pool and amenities, good designated covered parking, and easy instructions for all. We were very content staying here and would happily do so again.

Lovely condo. Full of amenities and supplies. Beach chairs and umbrella indispensable since we flew. Check in with Martha’s mother was flawless. Condo clean with abundance of everything from towels, cooking utensils, dishes, soap, blankets, water, toilet tissue, and more. Place was clean and comfortable. Great view of channel and diving pelicans to enjoy over morning coffee. Martha was extremely quick to respond to any inquiries. Accommodating to our every need and request. Would stay with Martha and her condo again.

Such a great place to stay when you're on a budget! Terrance has the cutest room equipped with everything you could need, including a ice cold water machine, which was a huge plus for me. Bathroom is well accommodated with extra shower essentials so you have plenty of everything. The room is very quiet besides the planes the fly over occasionally (airport near by) but I felt incredibly cozy during my 4 day stay. The Tiki bar, restaurant and pool were absolutely phenomenal and throw awesome parties at night. The pool stays open late so the kids can swim while the parents enjoy the band and tiki bar. Terrance has a wonderful unit located at a wonderful resort. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great time, in a clean and comfortable room while remaining in budget.
