Cottage holiday rentals in Sarasota County

Jesse was absolutely great at accommodating us. We had a very nice stay and would stay there again! The amenities such as the pool and golf cart were a bonus.

Stay was great. We had a couple of issues (thrown breaker and leaky pipe under sink), but they were both solved within thirty minutes of me sending a message. We would stay again if in the area.

A very cute, comfortable, clean and exceptionally appointed cottage. Brian is a wonderful host. We really enjoyed our stay there and look forward to visiting again. The SOS facility is a great place for family stays and is a major plus as well.

Madeline equipped the house with everything you could possibly need while vacationing plus more. The location to the beach and local restaurants was ideal. Madeline was very accommodating and checked in to ensure our stay at her house was going smoothly. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

This was a very enjoyable stay. They reached out to us prior to arriving to see if there was anything that we would need. They were communicative during our state to see if there was anything else we needed and offered a late check-in as we were closing on a house the day we were supposed to check out without us, asking. Asking. And hot tub were clean quiet and a very private setting. Recommend this stay for anybody.

Lara’s house was very clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the hot tub. Lara was extremely responsive to any questions we had. The location is great! Very easy access to St Armand Circle and Siesta Key

Easy check in and check out. Very private space and very secure with the security gate. Felt right at home! My friend and I have stayed here multiple times and it’s great every time!

This house was easy to find & it looked just like the photos. The location was very convenient—only 5 miles from Siesta Key beach. Lots of restaurants nearby.

This place was amazing. The backyard was the largest Ive seen in Siesta Key for sure. Home was extremely well stocked and Mark was super laid back. Didnt want to leave today but we will be back.

Nadja was an amazing host! Responded quickly and made sure we found the house and got in okay. We go to Florida every winter. But like to find new airbnbs to stay at each year. We will definitely be returning to Nadia’s place. Amazing community. Just a 5 minute walk to the dock. And a few minutes from Siesta Beach. It’s a very colorful house which gives it a costal vibe. Can’t wait to return again soon ◡̈

I had an extended stay at Carroll's place and it was a perfect location for me. Peaceful. comfortable, and different. I was amazed at watching Rich blowing glass, and Carroll's wonderful paintings were delightful on the walls of the cottage. It was a great place to relax when I was not out on the run or sightseeing or relaxing and walking on the beach. I was there over Christmas and they made me part of their family. Carroll was a delightful host and I am glad to have her as a friend as well.

The place was just what we needed for our purpose. Close to friends we were visiting. Comfortable. Would recommend and would stay again!

Adorable, spotless duplex on a quiet street. One of the best properties I have ever rented. Hosts are responsive and pleasant. Will rent again when in the area.

Great place to stay in Sarasota. Very close to everything. Cottage has a homey feel and is comfortable. Great neighborhood to walk around in as well. Joe is very responsive to your needs!

Loved our stay at Siesta Key - location was wonderful and cottage was adorable!

Great location! Walking distance to the village, shopping, and the beach. The cottage is immaculately kept and had absolutely everything we needed. It was obvious that extreme care was put into providing even the smallest item you may need during your stay. The balloon wheel cart came in very handy for trips to the beach! Jim was very friendly and checked on us a couple of times to ensure we had all we needed and provided some useful recommendations. I cannot say enough good things about the "Surf Shack" and we would definitely stay there again!

We love the Sun Cottage. This is our second stay there. A really nice place. Within walking distance or short drive to the beach. Lauren responded to our questions very quickly. We stayed two months so we really appreciated the washer/dryer and the stocked kitchen. We would definitely book again.

House was cute and clean, with short drive to the beach and the village. Sarah was a pleasure to deal with.

We enjoyed our stay at Bonny's place in Sarasota. It was clean and nicely decorated. The setting was quiet and peaceful with a nice private patio in the back. We enjoyed walks around the neighborhood and down to the water to watch the sunset.

Very comfortable, quiet neighborhood, great location close to Sarasota but without the traffic. Not far to Nokomis and Venice, as well.

This was our second stay in this lovely home in the delightful Pinecraft community. Everything was spotlessly clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the neighborhood and there was easy access to everything we needed and places we chose to visit. The beds were comfortable and the walk in shower was helpful with my mobility issues. We appreciated the washer & dryer also. Our host, Carolyn was kind and responsive. We are already planning our third stay here!

The cottage is exactly as described. Loved the privacy and location. Kelly was very helpful; checking in at random to inquire if there was anything we needed. The fresh eggs were a bonus. We will definitely return if we return to the area.
