We had an amazing time at Jeff and Ingrid’s place! It was super convenient, and you could easily reach beautiful beaches in no time. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed. Jeff and Ingrid were super friendly and always ready to help us out. Bradenton has a great food scene and plenty of things to do. We had an incredible time and highly recommend staying here!

Brain was a great host. We were in a bind and had to book this last minute and Brian was extremely accommodating.

The place was mostly what it said it would be, the pictures are accurate. Was pretty nice and cozy. Had lots of privacy, which was really nice. House was clean and had all of the amenities that were promised. Bed was really comfortable. The only drawback was that the pool was a little dirty, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a few days before we got there but it wasn’t that big of a deal.

We had a wonderful week in Peter's home. We found it easily from the Sarasota airport and were able to access the house in seconds. It was everything we expected and more! It was spotlessly clean and had ample room for our 2 families - 8 people in total. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom and bathroom was so roomy and gorgeous. Each room had a fan which was great in the warm temperatures. There was plenty of dining space for everyone and the pool table was a bonus for our group. We loved hanging out in the backyard and swam in the pool every day. The house was close to many restaurants and beaches. Peter was an absolute delight to deal with. We would not hesitate to rent one of his properties in the future.

We enjoyed our month at Julia’s home. It was exactly as described, well stocked, spacious and sparkling clean. We appreciated the easy six mile drive to Holmes Beach and short drives to Robinson Preserve and downtown. The house is just off Rt 64 which can be very busy and loud. The hot tub was perfect as we had three weeks of cool, rainy weather. Julia and Tatiana are the best communicators and perfect hosts.

Bishop’s place was great! Very close to everything. We would stay again!

Len was a terrific host, and his property is beautiful and exactly as described. Len made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived, and was very responsive to any of our text communications. the property is exactly as described and perhaps better than the photos on the listing, including a beautiful view of the water with stellar sunrises every morning. the location is quiet and centrally located to great restaurants and beaches on longboat or siesta key. highly recommend this location for any travelers looking for a quiet and comfortable stay in the Sarasota area.

If you are looking for peaceful, calm, clean and safe, you want this place. As a woman traveling alone, I felt extremely safe on this property and walked around the property at night with no fear. It is very gated and the front desk crew are incredible. The only fair warning is because of all the steel used to build the building (must withstand hurricanes) your internet is iffy and same goes for your phone service. If those 2 things aren't a concern, I would stay here in a NY minute. The host responded to me immediately and after checking in, I didn't have to contact her because everything went so smoothly.

Nice and clean place we were there for a soccer tournament the place has everything we need and more , really like this house.

Great location, walkable to town and beach. Host/management was very responsive when we hade a question. The apartment was as described and very clean.

John’s place is the only place we will stay in LBK. Such a hidden gem with private access to the beach. Clean and a perfect location!

The hosts were very friendly and greeted us upon arrival. We had yummy homemade chocolate chip cookies waiting for us. It was a great value compared to local hotels, the cottage was beautiful and felt very homey with all the amenities. We will definitely stay here again!!

We loved this house! Description and pictures were very accurate. It was clean and well maintained. Neighbor was very quiet and private. Pool area was wonderful. Used it every day. Ewelina was quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend this rental.

Great place to stay. Very clean , kids loved the pool. Very nice neighborhood. We stayed when it would drop below 50 degrees at night. House could use few extra plush blankets. I also wish we could keep our windows open at night instead using AC and to be able to control the temperature ourselves. Overall positive experience.

Perfect getaway for natual lover. The house is very cozy, and kids had a great time. Great location with Beaches, boat tours, grocery, restaurants are all available nearby.

Check in was easy, plenty of parking and nice quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and exactly as pictured. We enjoyed the pool tremendously. The kids never got out. Heated and perfect. The game room table was also a hit. The best thing of all was that check out was an actual breeze. Close doors and windows, that was it. No stripping sheets and washing everything. It made leaving at 10 so easy!

This has to be one of the best AIRBNB’s I have ever stayed!

We love Mermaid Villa---the furnishings are actually more updated than the photos in the listing and everything was so clean and comfortable! The location is fantastic---the path to the beach is literally across the street and just a 2 minute walk to Siesta Key Village. We'll definitely stay here again when we return to Siesta Key!

Great home with lots of space! Everything was clean, well kept and everyone in our group enjoyed the house. Close to Publix, Starbucks, and several restaurants. We can’t wait to come back next year.
