Tien home very nice and modern for stay. She very fast responsive. Nearby area easy to find supermarket and food. Just only lack of rice cooker. Overall everything is fine for me.

We enjoyed our family stay over the Chinese New Year celebrations. This property provides an authentic Kuching town home experience, whilst benefiting from a simple but elegant refurbishment. The ground floor twin bedroom was ideal for anyone struggling with stairs, and the living room/dining area was great for entertaining and hosting guests. The house has a fresh and neutral feel, with effective air conditioning in all bedrooms. Bathrooms were modern, clean and well maintained. The neighbourhood felt safe with convenient access to shops, restaurants and amenities near by in Saradise. The hire of a car has helped us learnt to navigate around the area and other suburbs. We found Stella to be a very accommodating and relaxed but professional host, clearly experienced at making people feel at home. All in all we had a great stay and would recommend both Stella and this property.

It’s our second time choosing to stay here. It’s clear isn’t it why would we return to the same place? Great place, with all necessary amenities, easy to check in with clear instructions, host is very friendly and approachable. Location itself is strategic. Don’t have to worry about food and there’s a mini mart below as well. Host took extra effort to make the place comfortable for the kids too. We really like the place and we will definitely choose here again. It’s always unavailable during peak season, so book early if you don’t want to miss a good deal 🤩😆👍

Mdm Wong is very responsive and hellpful. We arrived early in the morning and she tried her best to check us in a bit earlier. Also, when we checked out, she gave us a time limit that help us to plan our last day. Although building is a bit old, the apartment itself is clean and comfortable. The beds are comfortable with clean sheets. Thank you, Mdm Wong. We definitely will come back again.

I'm glad I chose Elinor place for family stay. The apartment size is huge and can fit perfectly up to 5 people. The amenities are also complete and Elinor herself has been very sweet and helpful during our stays. My parents can't stop complimenting about this place. They've stayed in different accoms in Kuching and this place is the best + value for money so far.

There were few hiccups where certain amenities was not fuctioning during our stay but Dick was very proactive and responsive in making sure that our stay was worthwhile.
