Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Sargé-lès-le-Mans

Great stay in this lovely house. It feels like home as soon as you set foot there. We spent the weekend in the garden enjoying the barbecue. We were looking for a place to rest, mission accomplished!

We rented this accommodation during the 24 of Le mans. The accommodation itself was very neat and was exactly as the photos looked. Jean Michel was very polite and always quick to respond to any questions I had. There are plenty of amenities nearby so you don't actually miss anything in the accommodation. The location itself was indeed about a 10-20 minute drive from the Circuit, and the area itself was very quiet. All in all, this is an excellent location for a regular holiday or a perfect location for when you go to the Le Mans 24 hours a week.

Perfect thank you. The keys handed over and check out in person, I was no longer used to it. I missed the keys at the exit, but everything is perfect. I recommend it and close to the Le Mans motorcycle GP👍👍👍

We were welcomed by Isabelle who was very available throughout the stay and very pleasant too. The house is spacious (perfect for 8 people), very well equipped and very clean, and a few minutes drive from Le Mans. The balneo bathtub and barbecue are real plus but as exchanged with Isabelle, we were quite disappointed by the fact that there was no swimming pool or tennis court as shown in the listing.

Reynald is a charming host, whose house was ideal for our extended family of 3 generations. The house was well equipped with everything that we needed, and there were lots of different areas for us to use and not to be on top of one another. The garden and pool area were lovely. It was unfortunate that the weather wasn’t very good for the first week of our 2 week stay, with a lot of wind and rain, so we were not able to use the outdoor facilities as much as we would have liked. Reynald was very good at checking that everything was ok, and suggesting places that we could visit. We were a little disappointed that most of the shops and places to eat in Roézé-sur-Sarthe were closed, so we had to use the car every time we needed something, rather than being able to walk, for example, to get the bread and croissants for breakfast.

We had a great stay! We were 10 adults, 3 children and 1 dog - the accommodation was quite suitable for everyone and the perfect space for our group. Everything is designed to make sure you have a good time. Even in the middle of winter, we had activities for everyone (billiards , jacuzzi, sauna, fire pit, garden etc...). The cottage is perfectly equipped, there is nothing to be expected other than his personal belongings. The welcome and follow-up of the stay was impeccable. We will undoubtedly be back.

We stayed with the family for almost a week at Laura and Frédéric's and were very satisfied with the service and the quality of the cottage. Everything is designed to feel comfortable there, like at home! The bedding is extremely comfortable as well. The pool and Nordic bath at its best! Laura and Frédéric are very welcoming hosts, discreet and available if needed. We won't hesitate to return!

The owner prepared a birthday cake for us, which was very generous and thoughtful. Responses to messages were also very quick. Our stay experience was great. I would highly recommend this rental.

We had a wonderful stay at the house, which has everything… from the pool, big kitchen, loads of board games, table tennis and chicken :) The communication was very friendly from the start and we couldn’t have asked for more!

Matilde is a very nice and available host. The accommodation is very well located, close to Le Mans as well as its circuit. We had a lovely family stay. we also recommend the arrow zoo
