Patio with ability to barbecue, private parking included. Walking and biking distance to many baths. Golf, tennis as well as hiking trails are in the surroundings. No private parties, non-smoking

Unique living on a horse farm near the sea

This upper floor of a riding house was finished in June 2020 with a total of 112sqm. The beds are made when you arrive and towels are included. wood with acoustic woodfibre ceiling creates a very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. A cosy sleeping alcove with 2 beds and a large living room with 2 beds behind curtain. A rustique well equipped kitchen and a cosy bathroom with floor heating . Walking distance to the sea with many nice places for swimming, hiking and fishing. 5 golf courses nearby.

Just 20 km into Gothenburg, 4 km to Göteborg Landvetter AirPort, 1 km to Chalmers Golf Club and 4 meters to refreshing swim in Hornasjön you will find our small house (25m2),located on the same plot as our accommodation, with a bedroom with a 140cm wide bed + a 140cm wide sofa bed in the room, crib can also be arranged if needed. Cozy cottage in very nice area right by the sea. Quiet and nice with sun all day. Lovely large patio with larger table and BBQ for wining and dining. In addition, own private terrace with deck chairs. Only 2 minutes walk to tram taking you directly into town in 20 minutes. Or take the tram 2 stops to nearby Saltholmen and take the ferries to the lovely southern archipelago.
