George's place was quite simply fantastic - it really made our vacation. It sits above a beautiful beach that was quiet and is surrounded by trees, plants, and rock gardens. The view from the balcony and bedroom was amazing. George was friendly, helpful and responsive without ever been intrusive. We got frequent deliverys of satsumas, different types of oranges, lemons, limes and vegetables. He told us about local hikes, water fountains, swims and where to shop. There was a beach cat - Pokemon - who became our best buddy. There lots of outdoor tables and chairs - you could be in the sun (or shade) at any time of the day. I really liked that George offered places to recycle and he would come and pick up our recycling - this hasn't been the case in other areas we've visited. If we come to Leonidio we definitely want to stay here - we miss it already

The Cliff Retreat - Private Beach - Stunning View

It was an absolutely incredible stay. As soon as you park your car you’re saying wow wow wow!!!! It is so well done you can tell Bill is a mason. Elaine was so responsive to any questions and she gave us great information about food, fun, and where to shop. They are a great father daughter team! There’s coffee, little treats, and delicious wine waiting for us. The beach is a slice of heaven. The walk through the cave down to the beach made us feel like little kids on an adventure. So easy and beautiful. The best part is that you have the beach all to yourself. We got up for sunrise every morning it was magical. We were able to eat fresh eggs from Bill's chickens and they were delicious! Bill is wonderfully warm and went above and beyond to make our stay incredible!!!! One of the best stays we’ve ever had ! I wish we could give 10 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I stayed at Villa Salanti this January, and it was such a peaceful and relaxing experience. The location is truly unbeatable – waking up just steps away from the beach felt like a luxury, especially during such a quiet time of year. The villa itself was very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We spent most mornings enjoying coffee on the terrace, taking in the gorgeous sea views, and even though it’s January, the weather was mild enough to enjoy walks on the private beaches nearby. One of my favorite things was how quiet and private everything felt. It’s the perfect spot if you’re looking to unwind and escape from the usual hustle and bustle. The hosts were also very responsive and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, I’d absolutely recommend Villa Salanti for anyone looking for a serene getaway – even in winter, it’s such a special place. I booked Vassilis and Christina's "Feel Like Home" villa again for another editorial photoshoot for ANGE NU Le Magazine, and again as before we loved the place. The cute loft villa, gave us more moments to remember. Check my other review on it, too. As before, from the moment we arrived, we felt comfy and at home. It was cold and raining so this time we didn't enjoy the private garden surrounding the villa or the pool, but we discovered the amazing sunlight that hits the bedroom upstairs through the big window, around midday and we got to enjoy more of the indoors. Vassilis is an exceptional host, always available to help and going the extra mile. Just called him the night before, the place was available and next morning we were there! Exceptional! Now we need to find finally some time and grab some friendly beers together... hahah... Highly recommended!

Staying in this beautiful home was an extraordinary experience! Highly recommended!! The beds were very comfortable, and the quality of the sheets and towels was top-notch. The home was spotless, and the views of the sea were breathtaking. We loved spending time at the virtually private beach, soaking in the serene beauty. The kayaks were an added bonus. We had a fabulous brief stay and this beautiful home. Immaculately clean. Fabulous surroundings and views. Antonio was very responsive to any queries we had. Plenty of great places to walk to and beaches. Kazba at the bottom of the road is amazing for breakfast lunch evening meal or just a drink. Friendly and reasonable prices. Loved the cats at the house and the jacuzzi. Didn’t use the pool, only a brief stay. The top terrace was amazing to watch the sun rise ( if you get up early). Thank you 🙏

We loved it so much we stayed three times! Located in a quiet street, one way traffic and close to beach, buses, cafes, bakeries, supermarkets and pharmacies. Lots of space, fresh and light decor, lounge room and outside area to relax. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay. We had a wonderful time here. Everything you need for your stay is here. It is nice, cosy and clean. The host is superhelpful and really provides everything you need. The place is really close to the sea, airport, lots of good restaurants and a supermarket. A very nice place to stay with friends or family. Just wonderful.

We really enjoyed our time at House on the Beach. The location on the beach is perfect for sunbathing, swimming or fishing. Thanasis was very helpful and we got good tips for the trip to Athens regarding Park&Ride. The apartment was spacious, clean and with a great outdoor area for eating, grilling... We will be happy to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay from the first minute when Panayiotis and his son welcomed us so kindly, we felt at home right away. The house is stunning, really inspiring, and we loved the orange trees with thousands of fresh oranges in the garden. It was a great base to explore archaeological sights and villages within one to two hours’ drive. We thank Panayiotis and his son for letting us stay in their family holiday house and for their wonderful hospitality.

If you want a calm and convenient vacation, go for it! We have a boxer dog so being able to go so we want to go to the sea with our dog for us was priceless! Mr. Vangelis willing to do anything we needed. The beach in front is as shown in the photos, you go down the stairs and dive! Definitely going back!

A charming house, restored with care and good taste by our hosts. Convenient too and cool at night, even in the middle of August! We had a wonderful time (1 week) at Vassili and Petra's place: a warm welcome, tips and ideas for places to discover... they are generous, attentive and discreet . This area, which we discovered, is wonderful, wild, contrasting, beautiful and welcoming. Recommended without moderation.
