Holiday rentals with breakfast in Sarthe

We were originally 2 guests and were warmly welcomed by our hosts, thank you to them!! We had interesting exchange times, it was very pleasant. We asked Dominique at the last minute if a friend could join us, she accepted right away and prepared an extra bed.

Listing as described. Spacious bedroom and shower. Clean rental. Meggie is a welcoming person and listens to guests. Very good advice for the restaurant. Booking for the 24 hours of Le Mans trucks with my 2 big boys, the accommodation perfectly matched what we wanted for our weekend.

Ghislaine and Stéphane are very very nice people and they are extremely helpful. Whatever you need they are there for you and will help you in a heartbeat. Definitely recommend to anyone else it is very nice.

Cedric is a welcoming host who leaves a lot of autonomy for his visitors. The house is so clean and tidy. It is ideally located less than a quarter of an hour from Le Mans in a very quiet area.

Caroline’s apartment is spacious, clean and well maintained, with a full range of modern appliances. It’s in a quiet location but only 10 minutes walk from the tram and an excellent Boulangerie (go there for breakfast) and just a few minutes more on to the Circuit de La Sarthe. Caroline was communicative and responsive throughout the booking process and welcoming during our stay. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend the apartment.

Very well located accommodation, very close to the tram and Le Mans train station without forgetting the kindness of Christophe and Barbara , I will not hesitate to come back if the opportunity arises again.

i spent a few days at Richard's, it was a change of scenery, the accommodation is in the center of Richard's garden, once we cross the gate.....we have plenty of eyes, Richard is an artist but you will discover it yourself! As for the accommodation,it is colorful,there is nothing missing...it is also to be discovered by you! Finally I recommend it.

Very nice stay. I'm glad I found this place. Affordable price, close to sightseeing, restaurants. Everything is in walking distance. In addition, William goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly. It even offers breakfast!

We stayed at Christine's apart to break up our journey to the Dordogne and we're so impressed that we had to book the apartment for the return journey, again we had a lovely stay and Christine was again so lovely, I would recommend anyone travelling to or through Le Mans to stay here.

Celine was a great host. The apartment was very clean and very cozy. 100% recommended.

My husband, our two adult daughters and I spent a very comfortable stay during the Le Mans Classique. The location was convenient to the tram for the event and a very short walk to the Cathedral and Medieval town. There is a grocery store, pharmacy and boulangerie within a 5 minute walk. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking complete meals, the beds were comfortable and clean. We loved having meals and drinks on the balcony. I highly recommend a stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Camille’s cottage. She’s a really lovely person & made us feel very at home. The breakfast was delicious. Highly recommendable.

Matthieu made us so welcome and gave us details of a local restaurant open out of season on a Sunday. He was very helpful and brought us an amazing breakfast with freshly laid eggs. The accommodation was really well equipped, homely and very comfortable. Above all it was peaceful and very private.

An excellent warm and personal welcome was provided to our family. Ariane and family welcomed us into their home and were extremely friendly. They provided a lovely French breakfast with fresh eggs and pancakes. Both ourselves and our children loved our stay! If passing through again we would definitely return. Thoroughly recommend.

Great place perfect for spending time with friends and family! Anne Cécile and her mom are very pleasant, always responsive to the slightest request and full of proposals for activities to do in the area! They can also offer to buy local products that they produce themselves, it's a pleasure to discover the local specialties 😉 The bedding is very comfortable (we slept like babies) , the great place, the clean and perfect accommodation, the excellent hosting and in addition the dogs are adorable 🥰 We just had trouble with the fireplace but apart from that everything was perfect! I recommend it 100%!

Laurent and Nathalie are very welcoming. A very good conviviality. The bedroom was very nice and very clean, the bathroom too, the bedding very comfortable. I would highly recommend it.

A small wooden cocoon in a setting of countryside and greenery... Animals (chickens and fish) look happy to host! Very nice discovery!

Ivana's home was an incredible place to stay. Absolutely beautifully presented and decorated throughout with amazing views of the local countryside. It was a huge privilege to stay there. Ivana was an amazing host, really kind, welcoming and informative and made great recommendations about the local area. Ivana's breakfasts were absolutely legendary with homemade bread and preserves and it was clear to see the pride Ivana took in her home and everything she did, including the beautiful music that greeted us on our way down to breakfast! Most of all Ivana was a really kind and approachable person who connected beautifully with her guests. Thank you so much, Ivana for a truly wonderful and memorable stay at Chateau Hodebert. xxx
