Very good stay in adi's apartment. Ideally located in the village close to the points of interest of Lake Como. The views are breathtaking, the accommodation is clean, well equipped for 6 people The kitchen is the bathroom are new. The beds are good qualities Small downside to the downstairs bedroom, it's cooler and it's a little wet. I would highly recommend.

Had an unforgettable stay. The house is spacious, has everything you need, an extremely well-equipped kitchen, several balconies from which you could look into the beautiful valley and enjoy the fresh mountain air. We felt extremely comfortable and would recommend Casa Ursula to anyone looking for a quiet retreat in nature. Thank you!

We had a very nice holiday at Maria Antonietta's place. We were very warmly welcomed and even the fridge was stocked. The apartment is nice and offers plenty of space, the bed was also comfortable. The courtyard is great, you have direct access from all rooms - and our daughter was very happy about the slide:).

Beautiful lovingly maintained river house. The location is phenomenal. The house is cozy and offers so many possibilities. Especially great are the outdoor area overlooking the river, terrace, meadow, barbecue, pizza oven, tables, chairs, etc. The only downside is the street that goes directly past the house on the other side. It's not busy, but if, the cars come quickly. Caution is advised with small children.

I really enjoyed my stay at Carlo’s place 👍 Pros: - Spacious, authentic apartments. - Everything you need for a comfortable stay (wine glasses, sharp knives, plus a pasta set and sparkling wine in the fridge). - Beautiful views from the windows and the courtyard. - Cozy, peaceful location with birds singing in the morning. - You’ll be welcomed by a great host who is always available and ready to help with anything. For future visitors: - If you plan to rent a car, choose a compact one. The villa is located on a steep hill, and the roads in the area are mostly narrow and winding. - To easily access the courtyard, I recommend approaching from the Como side. We came down the hill, which made it a bit tricky to enter the property with a larger car. - If you get cold easily, bring slippers to avoid walking barefoot—many Italian homes have cool marble or stone floors. I highly recommend this place and plan to return for a longer stay to explore the surroundings.

MILLION DOLLAR VIEW The Villa was wonderful. Highlights are the view and the pool. The location is extremely calm and quiet. It is up a steep hill. Definitely need a car to get up and down to Stresa and Lesa. The garage can take 3 cars and is very cleverly set up so that no need to go on a steep driveway and also the road is quiet so it’s very easy to get in and out. The Villa has recently been completely and tastefully refurbished. Beautiful design. It has everything you would need. Air conditioning only on the top floor rooms but the bottom floor is cooler. There are two large living areas (one on each level) and it would work well with two families staying (one on each level) as it even has a second simple kitchen on the lower level. The service led by Elena was superb. The communication prior to arriving was excellent and also a couple of small issues (eg internet) were dealt with extremely quickly. 6 star service. We had a very nice weekend in Markus's house. Even for a quite large group we were able to cook very well, thanks to the well-equipped kitchen on the 1st floor. The lakeside location is great, you felt right at home in the house. Markus was easily accessible, even when we called at 11:30 pm for problems with the electricity - that was great, thank you!

We are delighted with our stay during the New Year period, with fireworks all around the lake visible from the terraces of the house! Catalda is welcoming and welcomed us very well. The house is spotless and well laid out. Nothing is missing. Regarding walking access: it doesn't even last 1 minute and we went up easily with a toddler! In short, everything was great.
