Holiday rentals with a patio in Satellite Beach

We really enjoyed staying at the one bedroom apartment only a block from the beautiful Cape Canaveral beach. The apartment is beautiful with a very nice kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room. Parking was provided and a laundry room was available in the back of the property. Located in a totally quiet neighborhood only a few minutes drive from stores, restaurants and gas stations. About a 30 minute ride to Kennedy Space Center. We were even lucky enough to see a rocket launch from the beach. Rob provided beach chairs, etc., for use and was helpful and answered our questions in a timely manner. Would not hesitate to stay here again. We both loved the fancy shower nozzles!

This is our 3rd year in a row staying here in the month of February/March. ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING as usual. What a precious gift in finding this location..Serene, peaceful and a relaxing lodging residence for couples in our opinion!

We had a great time! We were looking for a view and to be near a space launch. We enjoyed the peaceful sounds of the waves, while laying on a soft comfy bed. Wish I could live there. Though the weather was not as amazing we felt safe and cozy. Thank you for everything and we hope to visit again with better weather.

We had to find a place quickly as we were traveling when the storm was about to hit north florida. I located Marlene's place and dove right in. It has been awhile since I've been to the Cape and although it was storming the entire stay we were able to view some neat changes along the way driving in. Marlene was very responsive to a question I had upon checking in. The kids were so glad to be out of the vehicle. The place was wonderful, clean and comfortable. It stormed our entire stay so we were only able to enjoy her space inside and nothing outside our around the area. We would definitely book again!

If you're heading to Cocoa Beach, this is the place to stay! We had an amazing time here with our adult kids over a weekend of surfing. The beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas were a huge bonus – made beach days super easy. The kitchen was perfect for whipping up a quick meal after a full day of surfing. The beds were super comfy, and we loved hanging out in the TV area together. Plus, the board games they have made for some fun family time! The location is absolutely ideal, and there are a few local restaurants that are definitely worth checking out. Don’t miss out on Fat Dunky’s ice cream – it’s delicious! Highly recommend this spot for a perfect Cocoa Beach getaway! Francis was an outstanding host. We will come back!!!

Had a wonderful few days here! My kids enjoyed just hanging out at the house while I enjoyed time on the beach (it was a tad chilly in January but lovely none the less). Very relaxing and the local restaurants were great!

Alain’s place is very nice. The condo was very clean. The beach was a short 1 minute walk. The mattresses and pillows were comfortable. Each room had its own climate control. The kitchen was also very nice and stocked with decent equipment a basic set of spices. Also coffee was available for the coffee maker. The residence was very comfortable. It is a small space but perfect for a couple or a small family. If we are in the area again we will seek it out. My only critique was that the community grill in the courtyard didn’t work very well. Alain was always quick to respond and helpful. Thank you Alain. Hopefully we will see you again!

We were in town for a soccer tournament and the home was perfect for our needs. It was centrally located to restaurants and grocery stores. The house was clean and the neighborhood was very quiet.

Anytime I reached out to Adriana she responded promptly & was very patient & kind. The property was just as advertised. The neighborhood was quiet & we were surprised by the friendliness of the neighbors. We spent two months & have already booked two more weeks so very pleased with everything.

We had a wonderful family stay at Tim’s place- it was the perfect getaway. The home has all the amenities needed, the views are breathtaking, it’s very spacious and the pool was a plus when kids wanted a break from the ocean. It is far enough away from everything that it’s peaceful and relaxing but close enough for grocery trips and restaurants. Best part was the stars at night and catching a rocket launch. Truly felt like we were staying with family, warm and inviting. Would definitely return!

This was perfect for myself and brother. The house was spotless and bright but also has a welcome home type feel. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area. We definitely will stay again.

First let me say we stayed in the upstairs cottage and it was beautiful,clean and updated and had a great beachy vibe. We would definitely recommend. Looks like there are 3 Airbnb on the property one being a nice RV, and that was fine and not a problem at all but may be good for renters to understand the set up when you first drive onto the property. There were several well lighted steps up to get to our unit, but once you open the doors to the unit you will know it’s well worth it. We were there to watch college softball at the USSSA Space complex and the location and distance was perfect. It was nice to use the cooler provide on site. The bathroom with its walk in shower was beautiful and huge! I see some reviews on the busy road noise, but it was really not an issue and we slept like babies. If we come back, we would rent from Brad again!

Jazmine’s place was a great place to stay and she was very accommodating. Everything was well kept and clean, I’d stay at her place again if in the area!

Cute and cozy condo in a convenient area! Just steps to the beach and pool! Reasonably priced. Responsive hosts. Wish it had a tub and a free in-unit laundry as we had a two year old with us, but it was still a very nice stay!

Host was extremely helpful, assisted with getting wheelchair from a local supplier. Also, helped us arrange the drop off and pick up with medical supply. The views with the dolphins and rockets were amazing to see from the balcony. We had everything we needed to be comfortable in the condo. We were able to make breakfast, lunch or dinner. The beach chairs, towels and supplies were an added bonus, we took advantage of having those to use! Thank you again!

I took a girls weekend trip here and couldn’t have been more pleased with the property from the utilities to the private beach access out back. I would definitely recommend this stay and could absolutely see myself coming back!

Monica was very responsive and even helped us rearrange our dates to the best of her ability when we had some other events come up that interfered with our stay. The view is absolutely beautiful and the property is very nice and quiet. We loved being on the top floor! The set up was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen was fully equipped for what we needed (normally we have to go buy a vegetable peeler). The kids loved going from the pool to the hot tub. We met a few of the locals and they were very nice and welcoming. We’d absolutely stay again on our next trip down to Cocoa beach! Thank you so much Monica for allowing us to rent your property!

We had a fabulous stay. Everything was exactly as advertised. I was able to contact the host in a timely manner. The unit was exceptionally clean. I am looking forward to retuning again soon.

Perfect stay for cruisers and Universal/Disney getaway combo. We’ve spent a perfect weekend at Melanie’s place after our cruise and it was great, relaxing end of our vacation. Condo is conveniently located near good restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. Beaches and ocean views are breathtaking! We enjoyed waking up to the sound of waves every morning! Great beachy lil spot that's a stone's throw from the sand and a quick walk over to downtown Cocoa Beach...definitely recommend!

Absolutely loved the space. Quiet community of mostly snow birds this time of year that were super friendly fly. Kaitlyn gave us so many recommendations! The place was clean and easy to love. Will absolutely be coming back to the exact same place.
