Holiday rentals with beach access in Satilla River

This place is a real gem. The view is amazing and sitting out on the patio, you can hear the waves. The place is super stylish with modern and comfortable furniture. Their interior decoration is on point. The AC worked well and we had all the amenities we needed. We will try and rent this again. It was just such a phenomenal stay!

Amazing condo. Right next to the Ritz, perfect for walking over for drinks. Spacious, great configuration and Fully stocked with appliances, games and extras. Plus super clean. Definitely makes you feel right at home. We will definitely be back. Patricia was very responsive and accommodating. Great host !

This was our third visit to Don and Annie’s . We had a wonderful time again. The setting is amazing and the accommodations superb. Terrific host, always available. We will return. It is well worth the two night stay! Hard to leave!

The penthouse at Turtle Dunes was incredible in every way. The views from the 6th and 7th floor were amazing, looking over the ocean and pool. The condo was new and extremely well furnished and spotless clean. The windows and doors were made by Anderson so they worked great. I cannot rate this condo and AIP high enough, it's a 5 star+++. We will definitely return again. We have been coming to AIP for 30 years and this was our favorite condo. Laily and Josie were very professional and proactive with all our needs. They were so friendly and helpful. All around a wonderful great time.

We have stayed in several Air B&B homes, and this one by far exceeded our expectations! The home was so inviting and comfortable, very clean and had everything we needed! I can’t wait to book with them again!

This home is absolutely beautiful! It is clean and comfortable. You have a view of the ocean and a walkway down to the beach right across the street. It is close to downtown but far enough away to not feel crowded. It is close to a really nice bike/running path. The hosts were wonderful. They were so friendly and more than accommodating and the home is stocked with everything you need to be comfortable there. I would highly recommend this place to stay!

Kent was a very helpful and responsive host. The unit was just as described and we appreciated being able to have our golden retriever with us. The weather was not the best for us but the units in a beautiful wooded area with great walking trails and easy access to the ocean. We had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed the island and a visit to Fernadina Beach.

Siobhan and John were excellent hosts. Our family enjoyed our time at the house which offered several different choices for outside relaxation. Everyone was comfortable and relaxed during their stay here. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

This house is spacious, clean, beautifully decorated and perfect for a large family or multiple couples. We had 8 people and it was perfect! Loved the back porch with a tv, huge master bedroom and bath and open concept living area and kitchen. Ryan was amazing to work with! Even mailed us back some clothes we left behind. Easy walk to the lovely beach and several great restaurants! Fiddlers and Crab Daddys are awesome! Downtown is walking distance too! Loved our stay at this amazing property!

Wonderful sweet hosts! Very responsive and made our trip easy and stress free. The rental was cute, cozy, and clean. Spacious with nice upgrades. The beds were very comfy and nice bathrooms. Wonderful location, just a few minutes walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This is our second time staying here, and both times have been rewarding. Had a blast being able to relax and play games with the little ones. Def plan to revisit in a few months!

Let me start with Madia was fantastic and very quick to respond. I would definitely visit this place again the condo was spacious and clean. Very quiet peaceful neighborhood and was close to many dining options. The condo is decorated wonderfully the beds are comfortable the linens are clean and comfortable. The living area was a great place for the family to come together and talk. I highly recommend this condo if you are visiting St Simmons.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was beautiful and very cozy; it had everything you could possibly need. Great location, sitting out on the back deck listening to the waves was priceless. Great location, I would highly recommend.

This condo worked perfectly for us. It was an easy walk to the village area for shopping and eating out. It was a short drive to the 3 parking areas for beach access. We were directly across from the pool. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. We stayed for one month and would gladly have stayed for another month.

Laurel is a great host! She gave us a bunch of recommendations and was very accommodating. The place was very clean, spacious and in close proximity to restaurants and local attractions. Definitely worth a stay if you’re planning a trip to St. Simons!

Ashley's place was amazing and the amenities were great. The weekend we were there in Jan2025 was too chilly to take advantage of all the toys they make available. The rooms were so clean and the location was a short walk to the beach. We couldn't believe how empty the beach was - great, relaxing time - only wish we had more than a weekend to be there. Ashley was very responsive and so helpful in answering any questions. Hope they have a great 2025 -

Great location, right across from beach access, beautiful surroundings, miles of walking/ bike trails. The condo itself is a tiny bit dated but it was very clean. I would definitely stay again though. I had a couple of last minute issues on my part and Amelia Destinations were extremely helpful, and replied back almost immediately, even after hours. I couldn’t be happier with our stay. Thank you for making it a great last minute trip before school starts back!

The walk-in view out the back window is the stunning Atlantic Ocean - open the sliding door to hear the ocean sounds. The decor is colorful and very up to date. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is a little tight but we managed to- it is actually very convenient to have both washer and dryer in the kitchen! Three bedrooms are very nice to find in such an upscale condominium. The walk to the beach was wonderful and miles on either side to walk. We loved our stay and would like to come back sometime!
