This is an apartment for you to feel at home. The host, Stefano is very friendly and responsive. The instructions were super clear to access the apartment. It was super clean, excellent bedding and you have space for 3 people. Thanks Stefano for the lovely apartment. Internet works well too…

The accommodation was great, very close to the mountain trails we tried. We enjoyed the beautiful weather and the peace and quiet. The lady who gave us the keys was kind and helped us with her car for shopping. Thank you very much!

Basic affordable great location.

Stefano’s apartment was in a great central location for the slopes, the centre of town and the bus from Oulx. It was very well equipped. Stefano was super helpful. We had a lovely stay there.

We have enjoyed a lovely week in Beatrice's apartment. The pictures do not do it justice. It is more spacious and more comfortable than we expected. The apartment is exceptionally well equipped for self catering holiday option. The beds are very comfortable and plenty of towels are provided. The views are spectacular. We know Sauze very well and were aware of the geography so the location up the quite steep via Clotes was expected. The snow conditions meant 'ski-in, ski-out' didn't work for us. There is a very convenient reasonably priced locker room at the Clotes lift which worked well for us. We would highly recommended this for anytime of year

Maritzio described the apartment as being a 6 minute walk to the centre of town I would say 3 to 4 minutes walk and I'm 64 years young. The apartment was fabulous. New main bedroom wardrobe, Kitchen flooring he's certainly invested in the apartment and we treated it with the respect as if our own Thank you Maritzio and wife Michael

This chalet apartment is wonderfully cozy with a spacious living room. Every corner of the apartment is filled with charming decoration. 2 bedrooms is quite a luxury, one bedroom with a comfortable double bed. The other room has 2 rather small single beds as I personally found out;) The bathroom is big enough, with the luxury of a washing machine. The kitchen is very well equipped, including a dishwasher. For tall people, beware of the sloping roof. We were very happy about how very clean the house was. What must be an extraordinary effort considering all the decorations. The house has great views through the living room windows! We had a malfunctioning fridge, Sabrina was very communicative and organized for another fridge to be brought up right before Christmas. It is on the top floor of the building, ideal for training your leg muscles. The apartment building itself is very well maintained. The location is wonderful, 5 minutes walk to the Clotes chairlift and a few more to town.
