Bluffton's Tropical Carriage House Getaway

Embrace the inviting atmosphere of this detached garage apartment. The guesthouse features an open-concept living/kitchen/sleeping area, a tropical design, a private entry, a luxury king mattress and blackout window treatments. Spacious carriage house apartment with king size Stearns&Foster mattress. This space offers a living area with sofa, chair, table with barstools and tv with Netflix as well as other apps that you access. *We do not have cable or local channels. The kitchenette has lots of utensils, plates, glasses, toaster, coffee pot, plug-in induction burner with pots and pans, and a panini press. There is also a ceiling fan for temperature control, or if you are like us and want to sleep with the fan on. In addition there is walk-in closet with hangers and luggage rack for you to hang your clothes and keep your luggage. Fresh towels and toiletries are available for your stay. Other amenities include a hair dryer, curling iron, iron and ironing board, beach towels and beach blanket. You have access to the carriage house apartment and all of its amenities. You are welcome to use our backyard as well, and our wonderful bed swing (thanks to Joey's craftmanship) that's on our front porch. We're also willing to run a load of laundry for you if the need should arise. Brittani works from home, so she will normally be able to assist you if you should need anything. We are both available by our cell phone. We are relatively new to the Bluffton/Hilton Head area, but would love to share our finds with you. This southern style hood offers ample sidewalks, ponds for fishing, a playground, and a park. Quaint Old Town Bluffton is a 3 minute drive or 20 minute walk to a number of shops and restaurants. Unfortunately public transportation is not readily available, so if you are not wishing to use your car then you can easily walk to a good bit of amenities or call for an Uber. Our puppy son, Gunner, is a lovable Labradoodle. He is very friendly and will most likely be barking at the door of our home when you arrive, but we promise it's all for show! You might encounter him in the backyard during your visit :)

Grateful Cottage Studio Sparkly Clean

Gorgeous NEWLY renovated kitchen, bath and flooring. Artsy, 1940s studio apartment with king size bed, very peaceful area yet 6 blocks to all the action on Tybrisa Street & Pier, 3 blocks to the grocery store, back river and fishing peir for perfect sunsets! 4 blocks to the beach! This is an attached apartment but completely private. Enjoy your private patio with umbrella, sun or shade are abundant! 420 (outside only) & LGBTQ friendly!! There is no need for a car! But pre-order Uber for SAV.

Quiet apartment on the North end with everything you need to enjoy your stay on Tybee. Clean & inviting. We are .2 miles (couple blocks) to the beach, an easy walk. We also offer Concierge services such as we can pre-stock your groceries, decorate for a special occasion, arrange personal tours of Savannah & more. Request info from host. Pls note: House is divided into TWO units. Unit B is downstairs unit only. *There is not a dishwasher or washer or dryer. There is a laundromat close by.

The Modern Art Studio is a beautiful, well-designed, studio-apartment located in Midtown- Savannah! Situated in a quiet neighborhood no more than 15 minutes from most sites in Savannah and 25 minutes to Tybee Island. The Studio is attached to our home with no shared spaces and is completely private– including a private patio area and dedicated driveway. The space is also within walking distance from the Candler and Memorial Hospitals with grocery stores, restaurants, & coffee shops nearby!

Island Retreat: Quiet and convenient.

This beautiful studio is in a private house on one of Savannah's barrier Islands. It is 12-15 minutes drive to Downtown ( Use Uber to take advantage of downtown Savannah's open container laws) and 10 minutes to the beach at Tybee Island. The room has a small private bath with shower with rain head, a full closet, coffee maker and fridge, vanity table. Mark, co-host, is a retired local guide who can provide information if needed. The Hidden Pearl is a restored 1910 cottage. The cottage is said to have been part of the old Fort Screven army base on the north side of the island. It's a small (756sf) cottage now located in the (commercial district) heart of Tybee's South (main) beach. Cottage is "beach vibe" decor & cozy. Enjoy two separate spacious deck areas with privacy fencing, charcoal grill, and an outdoor hot/cold shower. Park and walk everywhere. 5 mins or less to beach & pier, shops, dining & sweet treats.

Sleeping four on the water

Our place is located on beautiful Wilmington Island, half way from Downtown and Tybee Island a GREAT LOCATION. The views are amazing marsh, creek, and Johnny Mercer Bridge. We are very close to local restaurants, arts culture, parks. Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with children bring or rent your equipment P&P, gates ECT). Owners lives on site apt. attached. This is a cottage/bungalow the ceilings are a little lower than normal.
