House holiday rentals in Savanne District

This home was magical. My partner and I were looking for a home away from home, and we got beyond that. We wanted a big spacious place, away from the buzz, but not too far from tourist attractions, and at the right price. The description of the home and the estate is 100%. Magic spoon restaurant served the best food we had in Mauritius, plus their service was out of this world with very friendly staff. We had Asha come clean and tidy up our home during our stay, which was great, ‘cos it allowed us to relax and not to worry too much about chores. She was extremely friendly and respectful. The host was very responsive and extremely helpful with reconnecting top notch things to do around Mauritius. We hired a car, which I would recommend if you are familiar with similar driving laws. Having our car allowed us to go to a lot of places, with the furthest bring 45 mins away. The roads are great, and easy to drive on. We thoroughly enjoyed Mauritius and went to all places we wanted!

We enjoyed our stay in Villa Kamaya. Alice and Alex were very friendly, and easy to communicate with. The location is beautiful, in the mountains. The rooms were spacious and well thought out.

We had an incredible time at this villa! The property is bright and airy with spacious and comfortable bedrooms. The place was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was fantastic, offering peaceful surroundings with breathtaking views, yet still close enough to the beaches, local attractions and amenities. The outdoor spaces were perfect for enjoying the sunshine, with a cosy pool and seating areas. The host was extremely welcoming and responsive, making the check-in process smooth as well as ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. They even provided some home-made French macarons and great local recommendations! I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a nice and peaceful getaway!

A big thank you to Emmanuelle for her kindness and impeccable hospitality. We had some issues with our car rental company and Emmanuelle helped us with her local network to find a solution🙏. We celebrated Christmas with family in this heavenly place, even more beautiful than in the pictures! We will keep a great memory of it and highly recommend this listing. We were at the "Maison du Bonheur" with a few friends for an artistic project, and the setting was simply ideal. Zaheer was very considerate and always available. Thank you very much for his warm welcome. ☺️🙏🏾

We were warmly welcomed and had a nice stay. We came for 2 holidays and it complicated our outings including access to the supermarket and the various restaurants. Breakfast was brought to us by the host... a real plus for our two daughters who are a fan of fruit! I recommend this place if you want to visit the south of the island, you will be at the heart of Mauritian life.

Laura's place was just as it was advertised. It was very private & clean & surveillance camera's on the outside of the property, which was a plus. I would suggest that you hire a car, because taxi's are quite expensive in Mauritius, if not it's about a 15 minute walk to the next village. Laura's husband was kind enough to take us to the nearest supermarket/restaurant to pick up some food, as i was not feeling well & we didn't have a car. Laura hired a taxi for us to return to the airport, who was reasonably priced, as it's about an hr away from the house. Overall we had a lovely stay, even though it was short, well worth the money, you won't be disappointed.

No disappointments, beautiful People serving their guests. If you want a vacation that's closer to local life, this is ideal. Special mention: they concoct typical dishes to discover the gastronomy. Thanks for this stay.
