Childfriendly house close to sea and city center

There are two options to get into the city center. 1. 10-15min walk to bus stop "Beryllgatan". From here you take bus 50 Brunnsgatan. The bus takes 14 min to city center of Gothenburg. 2. 5min walk to bus stop "Melongatan". From here you take bus 90 Frölunda Torg. This bus takes about 8 min. From Frölunda Torg there are several diffrent options depending where you are heading. Bus takes about 20 min in to city center of Gothenburg. There is also trams to take in to city center. Takes about the same time depending where you wana go in town. Frölunda Torg is a major hub for buses and trams.

Townhouse of 122 sqm with large terrace, patio and lawn. Lower floor: kitchen, terrace with barbecue and dining table, outdoor room with lounge furniture and dining table, toilet, living room with TV. Laundry room. Upper floor: 3 bedrooms, balcony, bathroom with bathtub. Note: Bedroom 4 is not a private room, only mattresses! There are two extra mattresses+ an air mattress you can put on floors if desired. As well as a travel crib Other: playground, toys, free parking, proximity to the sea, proximity to grocery store, close to bus stop.

Gable row house in good condition!

Gavelradhus in Utby, Gothenburg perfect for families with children! South facing patio at the back with barbecue and outdoor furniture. The house was located very close to Kviberg where many games in Gothia cup are played and Partille where Partille cup is held. At Kviberg there is also cross country skiing, climbing gym and beach volleyball court. Right next to the house there is a courtyard with a playground for the kids. Near the house there is a bus stop where the bus into the central station goes in 17 minutes with no change.

Townhouse, close to nature and Gothenburg. there is a cat

Our townhouse, our home is close to nature with proximity to the big city of Gothenburg. There is a bus(25 min) train(12 min) to Gothenburg. Our village Jonsered is a charming place that was built at the end of the 19th century. Jonsered's mansion which today is a lovely recreation environment with garden and cafe. We have several popular seeds. The forest closest to Jonsered is a nature reserve, there is a map of several hiking trails, short and longer(bohusleden). We have two close to baths, Humlebadet in Aspen, bath in Säveån

Your family will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally located and child-friendly townhouse. Bus 56 or 510 drive to the city center from Österlyckan station which is located near to the house. Pizzeria, Ica and Lidl are nearby. If you want to take an walk to Kviberg and Serneke Arena, it takes only 10 min.Allum is a shopping center located in Partille. You can relax on the terrace and enjoy both the morning and evening sun. In the house there is everything you need. Free parking included.

Will have easy access to everything from this centrally located accommodation, but still close to nature by the meadow farms, botanicals and Slottskogen. In the first floor, there is a fully equipped open plan kitchen to the living room with exit to the garden. There is also a TV room and a toilet. On the second floor there is a bathroom with 1 large shower and a separate toilet. 2 large bedrooms, both with double beds and exit to balcony. Behind the house is a lush garden with seating.

House 10 min from Gbg city

Semi-detached house about 10 min from Gbg city. Several patios with ample room for lovely barbecue nights. On the patio find a Weber gas grill. On the terrace in the front, there is a large lounge group. A garage driveway for 2 cars. In the area there is an Ica store, a bakery, 3 pizzerias and a sushi bar. It is 5 min walk to the bus stop which takes you into the city center in about 10 min. We have a code lock that allows for no-person check-in if desired!

Townhouse (radhus) in a very child friendly neighborhood. There are several playgrounds, soccer fields and the popular "Billdals park" within walking distance from the house. The closest child friendly beach (cliffs, small sand area, piers) is "Billdalsbadet", aprox 10 min walk. Several shops, restaurants, Rush (trampoline park), Gym, grocery store, Systembolaget, Pharmacy, health centers are aprox 2 km away. The bus to Gothenburg takes aprox 35 min.
