Delightful newly renovated cottage with cozy wood burning stove. In the heart of stunning medieval village, Quiet location but short walk to the butcher, restaurant and tabac/bar. 5 mins drive to Montignac and the Lascaux caves and beautiful villages of thé Dordogne valley. Ideal to meet with family or friends. Large bedrooms upstairs and friendly common areas. Baby football, ping pong, video projector. Outside, garden and covered terrace. The charm of this 17th century house also lies in its location near a river with landscaped beach, leisure area and guinguette, which is accessed directly from the garden (fenced) without taking the road.
