Waterfront holiday rentals in Sawtell Beach

I really enjoyed my stay in this comfortable and spacious villa. The spa bath under the stars was amazing and the king size bed was so comfortable. The welcome basket of goodies was unexpected, and a lovely touch. I also loved the lovely array of teas and coffee and essentials like oil, salt and pepper etc. I loved the pool, restaurant and being close to Digger's Beach. I could even see the beach from the deck. I hope to return.

We loved staying at Mark’s place. It’s the perfect balance of modern and nostalgic. New bathrooms and kitchen were squeaky clean, and the furniture and personal touches were reminiscent of a family beach house. The bed was comfy, we had plenty of space, great kitchen for cooking, it’s just across the road from the beach, and only a 10min walk to the high street with bars and restaurants. Mark was super friendly and always responsive. We’ll definitely stay again, Sawtell is a great spot. Thank you for having us!

A great location- convenient to everything and a lovely view. Jan was very responsive and easy to deal with. The lady in LJ Hooker who we collected the keys from was not as pleasant unfortunately but that didn’t stop us from having a lovely time.

Wonderful stop in Sawtell on our Brisbane to Sydney road trip. Location was great, just across the road from the beach as well as some lovely cafes and restaurants. Easy drive to Coffs Harbour where we had dinner one night. The apartment was spacious, great beds and lovely veranda.

The moment I walked into Jenny’s Beachfront apartment I was In nirvana! I felt so happy with the apartment and the patio, garden, and beach beyond. Wonderful location and well equipped. If you love beachfront and tranquility, this apartment is for you!

The place was within great walking distance to local pubs and restaurants as well as a short walk to the beach. The place was very very clean. Over all a great place to stay would definitely recommend.

I had the pleasure of staying at Heather home for over 3 months while our home was being renovated under an insurance claim. Heather is extremely kind and was wonderful in accomadating our booking extensions each time, going above and beyond, to ensure we didn't have to move on until we could move home. Heather's home is beautiful and luxuriously styled, with all the modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay, the surroundings were very peaceful with direct access to the river in your back yard, I highly recommend this property and host. I hope to stay here again in the future. Heather is a most generous, genuine and lovely woman, and an absolute pleasure to meet.

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful beachside house in Sawtell! The location was unbeatable – just steps from the beach, The house itself was well-appointed, and thoughtfully designed to make you feel instantly at home - we also had perfect weather which made it even better. The living space was open and airy, The kitchen had everything needed for cooking, and the outdoor space was great The hosts were responsive and friendly. Having 2 bathrooms was very handy with 4 teenagers in tow. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway and plan to book again.

Absolutely stunning place. The pool is huge and the living area is very cozy. Beautiful balcony looking out over the inlet is an amazing place to hang out. Close to Coffs and 2 minutes away from the main drag of Sawtell. Thank you mark. I would 100% recommend again!

Place was as advertised, very clean and easy to find. Plenty of room to park cars. Steve was very responsive when asked any question. Responded very quickly. Can recommend this host and place .

This was our fourth stay at Misty River Lodge and won’t be our last. My family, including our little Jack Russell Terrier, loves Helen and Craig’s place. I especially love seeing how the gardens have evolved. We enjoy visiting the beaches up and down the coast — Scotts Head is a favourite — and we love to find new places to eat. Coffs Harbour is only a 45 minute drive north and South West Rocks is just 30 minutes south, so it’s a really central location and close to the highway but so quiet and peaceful. The bird song is relaxing and if you’re an early riser, you might even see the local swamp wallaby down near the creek. We were treated to fresh quail eggs, deliciously sweet tomatoes and tasty vegetables from the garden. As Helen said when we arrived… “Welcome home!” … because it does feel like a home away from home.

Place was great, had everything we needed for a family holiday. Very special sitting on that deck watching the waves roll in. Quick access down to the beach for a surf or a fish. Thanks again.

Had such an amazing stay at Jody’s place, was such a beautiful house and surrounding property. Plenty of space for 10+ guests. Jody was super accomodating and friendly. 10/10

We had a truly lovely time in this quiet and beautiful location. The surroundings were stunning, and it had everything we needed. Given that it was Christmas, it was a very thoughtful gesture from Karen to provide a Christmas tree and festive decorations, as we didn’t have room to bring our own. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials for cooking our meals, plus many thoughtful touches that made us feel completely at home.
