If you want to immerse yourself in a wonderful culture in a fairly remote place, and in a spectacular house, this is the place for you! The house is perfectly beautiful, nestled in an old historic village where everyone knows everyone, and sheep walk through some mornings guided by local shepherds. We didn't want a tourist place, and what we got is a beautiful area and beautiful people. It was an incredible experience in an incredible place.

Luis’s place may be the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. On top of the perfect location on the Rio Duero which you can hear rushing by from the terrace and living area, there were thoughtful touches everywhere. Fully stocked kitchen, complimentary fresh fruit, juice, milk, bottled water, biscuits, cereal, muffins, tea, and coffee. I really can’t think of one thing that was missing. You can walk to the castle and cathedral in less than 10 minutes through the most historic part of town, and there is a lovely trail along the river. Luis’ mother warmly greeted us and checked us in, and Luis’s communication was prompt and friendly throughout our stay. We would love to visit again!

Lola made us feel so welcome and was very flexible with our checkin time. As soon as we stepped inside Lola’s apartment we felt so relaxed, comfortable and right at home. Lola gives you the space to really settle, I was able to do alias of washing and we watched Netflix on a large screen TV. Lola provided storage for our bicycles and a set of keys so we could come and go as we pleased. It’s a short walk to the town which has a few bars, groceries and places to eat. Super quiet, comfortable bed and windows in our bedroom that you could open. Our one night stay was fabulous and a lovely experience staying with Lola who speaks excellent English. Thank you Lola.

We spent eleven very relaxing and pleasant days. The fireplace was very welcoming when arriving from the walks, with the cold it was outside. The house is spacious and comfortable and has everything you need in terms of clothes, towels, kitchen utensils, etc. Gorka is lovely. He has been attentive to us at all times, he has recommended hiking trails and visits to places in the area. He left us muffins for breakfast, coffee, juices, milk.. There was cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper napkins, etc for the whole stay. I had also left firewood prepared and cut for all the days we have been. He is the most attentive and careful owner of all the houses we have been to. A ten.

The house se Adelaide is very nice. it is very well equipped and is in a quiet area and surrounded by wonderful surroundings. Adelaide is very friendly and helpful. We didn't miss anything during our stay. Highly recommended.

Chiqui was incredibly friendly and helpful. What a lovely nice woman! We loved all the comforts the apartment provided. The distance from the center was fine to walk to. We definitely recommend it!

Gonzalo is a very friendly person, in a few minutes he showed us the apartment, he gave us a brief summary of the areas to visit, where to dine, where to buy. And the apartment was clean, tidy and had everything, more than in other apartments that we went through at other times. Highly recommended.

Wonderful pied-a-terre in Salamanca city! Very close to all facilities and walking distance to monuments and university campus. A lot of local shops - bookstores, chemist, bakery, etc.- in the immediate streets. The apartment is ideal for one or two people. Wonderful bed, fully furnished kitchen and big TV screen to relax. Since I visit Salamanca very often for work reasons, I will definitely be back.

We stayed one night with two young children in the apartment. It was convenient that we could park nearby and could enter the apartment flexibly using the code. The two rooms are located on the ground floor and each have well-functioning ceiling fans. The kitchen is very extensively equipped and the sofa bed in the adjoining living room was easy to pull out thanks to the video instructions. The location in a cul-de-sac is quiet, we only sometimes heard the front door / neighbors. The center is easily accessible on foot, the cathedral is about 20 minutes away (with children). A playground is 2 min from the apartment. We would like to emphasise the nice welcome details and the friendly and super fast communication with Yolanda.

To repeat; the place was a cockroach, very well located. Everything was perfect. They gave us breakfast daily. Super friendly. Would love to come back.

A lovely place to rest and unwind after a hiking trail. The spa, hot tub and fireplace make the stay very pleasant and welcoming. I recommend it!

It was a wonderful stay. The house is amazing, taken care of to the last detail. The listing photos don't do it justice, it impresses much more when you're there. We were lucky to be able to enjoy live music at night in the garden and had a phenomenal time. Marisa is lovely always attentive and willing to help in whatever you need. Absolutely recommended, we hope we can repeat when the pool is.

What a dreamy spot. I needed a respite from intensive spanish lessons in salamanca, and this was just the retreat I needed. Lovely flat, amazing breakfast, perfect location - just next to a stork nest and with views of the river. Thank you!!!
