It’s our second time back!!! Location, simple palapa with everything you could need. And a beautiful terrace to drink coffee as the sun comes up. Short walking distance to a favorite beach, main strip and more Importantly- Teresa s tacos. Juliana and family and dogs were fantastic hosts with so much local information and help! Feels like a second home. Can’t wait for our next visit

The location was gorgeous, right on the water and surrounded by the ocean. I’ve never stayed anywhere with a more amazing view. The apartment was spotless and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There were a few minor hiccups like the water filter going down that they addressed immediately by bringing in large bottles of drinking water and then fixing the filter. The location was a short walk to town along the beach. And Sayulita itself is charming, vibrant, walkable, and all around delightful. 10/10.

My family and I spent 10 days at Las Palmas 5 and we still cannot stop raving about it. The house was beautiful and worked particularly well for a family with grown children - each bedroom is off a central private courtyard and has its own bathroom, so there was tons of privacy for each group. Beds, pillows, etc. were very comfortable. There were tons of bath and beach towels. The kitchen was well-stocked with plates/glasses/cookware/etc. but I would recommend bringing/buying your own spices, olive oil, etc. What really made the trip so amazing and special was Pedro, our concierge from Vallarta Rentals, and our housekeepers, Guadeloupe and Isabella. Pedro was so organized and on top of everything, he handled booking our COVID tests, getting our groceries, airport transfer, travel around, reservations, even tracking down an amazing chocolate cake for a family member that was celebrating a birthday. Guadeloupe and Isabella made absolutely DELICIOUS food and were so friendly and kind. We largely picked lunches for them to prepare, and each morning, they put out cut fruit, yogurt, granola and coffee for us to snack on. They were even kind enough to host a little cooking class for our family to share several of the recipes we loved (shrimp marietas, fresh tortillas, etc.). We primarily used Google Translate to communicate with the two of them. And Isabella made sure the house was spotless each day, and it was so nice to not have to handle laundry, cleaning, cooking, dishes, etc. Punta Mita was lovely! Very safe and clean. We loved the El Surf Club (great swimming beach, delicious food, great drinks) and the SUFI Beach Club (more quiet, no beach, just a pool). We popped into the little town on a regular basis, there is a little grocery store for any groceries you might need to fill in, as well as a number of beautiful boutiques with great local made items (although most are $$$). Due to COVID, the St Regis and Four Seasons properties were closed to visitors but we didn't notice the absence - there was plenty to do otherwise.

We are returning guests, having stayed in this bungalow two years ago. Wonderful views of the beach, the waves, the palms, the pelicans, and the lush setting. 'Not many places like this available on the San Pancho shore. Rafael is the host and checks on guests' needs regularly. Plus, he's a good guy and very knowledgeable about the area. He makes this place work! Amorita is a mile north of town--a pleasant, flat, often shady walk along the road, or a sandy walk along the beach. The bungalow also has good access to the jungle for morning walks. Just head out the gate and turn left. The village restaurants keep getting better and more varied. The Tuesday Market and local stores kept us well-supplied with food we prepared back in our kitchen. San Pancho is charming with much to offer that visitors from the north like. We've been returning for twenty years, and bet you will want to as well!

This was the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed. We had a hard time getting the kids away from the pool to go explore the beautiful surrounding beaches of Sayulita! The beds were super comfy, the kitchen simple but with everything we needed, And the temperature control was really nice for our heat sensitive kiddo. The grounds are beautifully maintained and we were so lucky to have the help Of Niki, Luz, and Felix, who all made our stay especially comfortable and fun. We loved driving the golf cart to Carricitos and other locations further afield, and were so grateful for the peace and relaxation after hot days at the beach and in town!

Excellent value, beautiful place, incredibly helpful and responsive hosts. The place is even lovelier than pictured, with many thoughtful touches. Absolute 5 star sleep experience with total comfort and quality linens. The staff are wonderful. My stained white jeans were cleaned as good as new. The visitors in the adjoining suite were respectful and quiet.

Excelente! Fui en familia con 2 menores , todo es seguro y cómodo! Muy cerca de la zona céntrica. El servicio del restaurante fue lo mejor para no salir de la casa a buscar alimentos. Cuenta con buen sonido de audio para escuchar música dentro y fuera de la casa! Leí que anteriormente se quejan del ruido exterior, a mi no me tocó nada de música fuerte en el exterior y se descanso perfecto por las noches! Volvería sin dudarlo!

We LOVED Suzanne’s place. Our little cottage was perfect for two. The grounds at Suzanne’s place are stunning, restorative and peaceful. Beautiful view of the beach and town from a perch on the upper tier. Two pools to lounge by. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to town, and the beach down the hill. Suzanne was responsive when we had questions or needs. There are stairs to maneuver throughout the grounds and into the casas so that is something to take into consideration if you have mobility issues. Also, Sayulita is a vibrant and active town with lots of activities, celebrations and music so you can hear noise from the town below in the evenings but it was manageable. I don’t know if there is a place in town where one could stay and not hear noise. We would definitely stay here again
