Cozy, completely independent studio apartment with a living room, a dining room, and a kitchen. Great for a break or work trip. Just a couple of blocks from the Tepic Libra, and just 8 minutes from the Tepic Ecological and Technological Park, 15 minutes from Plaza Forum, or 15 minutes from the historic center. In a very quiet, family friendly residential area. It has a matrimonial bed and a sofa bed. Smart TV, Wi-Fi, Kitchen with electric stove, coffee maker and mini refrigerator.

Comfortable and relaxing "CHOCOLATE" home

House located in a private development . The house has air conditioning in the main room, (wifi, tv), comfortable and clean beds, impeccable bathroom and kitchen, its own garage, . The subdivision is located one block from the kiosk store, and two blocks from all kinds of shops, 10 minutes from the historic center, near FORUM Shopping Plaza, 30 minutes from La Laguna de Santa María del Oro, 30 minutes from Puerto de San Blas. Transportation service ( urban, taxis and combis).

Casa Abi excellent location 25min from Playa

Excellent location two blocks from Av. Tecnologico, grocery stores just around the corner from the house, self-service store 5min away, shopping plaza 10min away, Playa San blas 25min, park 5min away, restaurants and pharmacies nearby. It has garage for one car with measurements (2.40meters high, 4.80meters long and 2.80 meters wide). We are close to University (UBC) and Tepic Technology. We are located just 10min away from factories like Dräxlmaier and ATR.
