Lovely cottage with stunning lake view and HotTub

Cottage with lake property and its own beach and dock. 3 bedrooms, 1 room with a double bed, 2 rooms each with a bunk bed, as well as a sofa bed for 2 people in the TV room. Shower and toilet with own well and water heater. Note, there is no washing machine. The guest guest will bring their own linens and towels. Access to the hot bath (39 degrees) all year round with circulation for cleaning. A rowing boat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoke-free and pet-free! Welcome to our newly built guesthouse with sauna, fireplace and wonderful views of the lake and Järvsö ski slopes. Swimming jetty just below the house with free access to a rowboat. Bicycle and hiking trails around the corner. In the winter when the ice is located, you go to the ski slope in 10 minutes or take the car on 3 (free access to electric car charging) The house has 3 bedrooms (6 beds) kitchen, 1 bathroom and is our little paradise! Outdoor furniture, outdoor shower and rowing boat are available May-Sept.
