The location of this place was great! One stop with the tram ride to reach the heart of the city, and a block away from the lake. The apartment is high end and had really nice aroma which made the space even more inviting.

Very nice two-level apartment in a historic house. Nice view of Untersee directly opposite the back door. Very well equipped. Great location in the middle of Berlingen, which is small but has a couple of really nice restaurants, a good bakery and a quality butchers. Marco and Sara were fantastic friendly hosts, with great communication!

If you are looking for a bright, invitingly furnished apartment with a great terrace with lake views, Benjamin is just right. We immediately felt very comfortable. In cold winter weather, we settled comfortably at the fireplace and enjoyed the peace and quiet. The communication with Benjamin was very straightforward and friendly. The village offers good shopping, a lovingly furnished flower house coffee, restaurants where you can eat fine and of course many walks with lake views. We only stayed in Ermatingen for a few days and there would certainly have been much more to discover. However, we liked what we were able to experience and get to know - well worth a trip. We were invited as a family for a private celebration in Baden. The place had all the amenities, was a retreat and a great alternative to a hotel or youth hostel. I'm sure we'll be back.

A peaceful retreat with the most amazing views from both main rooms. Tobias was incredibly generous (I arrived after the shops had all closed) and friendly. All the facilities are new (or almost) - comfy bed, good shower- and you can really tell this is part of a well loved home- but with absolutely no noise! I was working locally but it is easy to get to Basel and Zurich. Thoroughly recommend for long or short stay!

If you are looking for a clean accommodation in a very quiet environment, Nadja and Valentin are in the right place. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed as well as the cooking facilities.

Beatrice is a friendly and communicative host who respects your privacy. Her place was adequate and uncluttered, close to the Music Island. Bea was particularly helpful finding a good parking spot, which is a big challenge in Rheinau.

Very convenient location - close to a tram, walk along the Limmat and a Coop grocery store 10 mins walk away. Cute and cozy house with charm. Loved the daybed on the patio and the backyard. Vanessa was very welcoming and gave me some great local tips. I would definitely stay again! Thanks Vanessa :)

We spent five unique and wonderful days in the mill. The place is simply indescribably beautiful and cozy, we felt extremely comfortable in these old walls that have been so wonderfully restored and certainly could tell so many stories. During the day, we explored the waterfalls in the surrounding region of the beautiful and hitherto unknown Tösstal on foot and found an opportunity to indulge in winter/spring bathing. On our hikes and walks, we were able to collect many wild herbs that enriched our dinners culinary. Yves, as a very attentive host, gave us many helpful tips for our excursions and pampered us with fine, fresh eggs that Appenzeller beard chickens. Eva (who was absent for the first few days) also embellished our stay with her warmth and expertise. We will definitely be back, we are so grateful for these beautiful days.

I am very satisfied with my experience here! I rented the apartment for my parents who were visiting for a long stay. My mother uses a walker and so she needs plenty of space to move from room to room. Ray's place was excellent for their needs! The layout of the apartment worked very well for them. The amenities were new and high-quality and the clothing washer was a plus. Ray was also very responsive and helpful. He helped them find some cookware and assisted with a problem they had with train tickets. My parents have come to Zurich several times and this is the highest quality home in terms of layout and amenities that they have experienced. Ray was also very responsive and helpful.

Spacious apartment. Very well equipped. Generous and welcoming hosts. The location is excellent. On the one hand it is quiet ,close to a green area with tracks for sports and on the other hand a reasonable distance from the city center.

Staying with Abdel was a pleasure, he was always available to answer our questions. The location is perfect; you can easily get there on foot from the Baden train station. The flat was cozy, clean and tidy. It is located in a quiet area with many good restaurants and shops nearby. What we liked most was being able to check out late (5 pm) as described in Abdel's ad.

We were very pleased with the apartment. This was very modern and nicely decorated with everything you need. Katharina welcomed us very warmly to the apartment and showed us everything. Many thanks to both of them for the sparkling wine in the fridge. :) We would definitely recommend the apartment.
