Stan is an amazing host and was so courteous that he cleaned up the drive way when it snowed like crazy. He was extremely warm and nice to our daughter and it was great experience. We enjoyed the house and hospitality.

Orphy and John were wonderful hosts and their house is amazing! So much to explore and so meticulously kept. We had a wonderful time with the kids - we used the pool, the ice skating and tubing. And the house itself is so cosy and wonderful. They were very helpful and responsive hosts even when we forgot something there! We would love to go back.

What a great long weekend! The property was beautiful, house was very neat and clean, and the views were AMAZING. Everything was as advertised. Hosts were great, responsive, and their instructions and expectations were crystal clear. Guests I was staying with were already talking about booking this location again for themselves in the future as we were checking out as they wanted to stay longer!!!

I absolutely loved my stay here, everything was clear of instructions and clean and neat. The pool was my family’s favorite especially the kids. This is a nice cozy home in a quiet area, And can’t forget how great my host was. Super responsive and friendly and was at my Service at any time. 10/10 stay disregarding the moths and other fly insects lol

Mark’s place was such a treat for our long weekend away. We had two generations staying together and there was lots of room to be together and rest. The kitchen was spectacular, large, eat-in, comfortable for multiple cooks and cleaning, plus nice pots and pans. The house was pristine, clean, very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, the grill, the game room and the beautiful quiet land surrounding the house, lots of deer (charismatic megafauna!) were out among the apple trees, and Mark kindly hand binoculars available in the house. It was a unique stay on a large apple orchard, and a wonderful place to be together. Can’t recommend enough!!

We had a lovely long weekend stay at this secluded hide away with another family with kids. Will definitely try and get back!

The house had the bedroom and bathroom count we wanted. The kitchen was perfect for our use, the dining table large enough for our group. The outdoor space was absolutely lovely. Beds are comfortable. The decor is unique and fun. The location was very convenient to my sons wedding venue.

The house is beautiful and well appointed with comfortable rooms. The location is a bit remote but we didn’t mind since the space allowed for lots of cooking and entertainment. We enjoyed the hot tub and when there was an issue, the management sent someone to fix it the next morning. Unfortunately they weren’t as responsive or able to resolve an issue with the upstairs shower during our 5 night stay. Note that the listing indicates a fireplace, but it is not available for use. Overall we had a great stay and would highly recommend for a small group or family gathering.

The house was wonderful and as described. It was obvious Kymberly did a great deal of work to make the house a great place to stay. She had everything packed and a book with instructions. Both bathrooms had very nice tiled showers with both wands and rain heads. The kitchen had new appliances and many dishes and utensils. The washer and dryer were like new well placed. We had a group of adult men playing baseball in the area for a week. It was a little far away from our fields (~30 minutes) but with the drive.

Noah’s place was very comfortable and we enjoyed our weekend during a snow storm. We loved both fireplace, specially the wood stove which kept the entire house in 70s throughout the freezing weekend. He had plenty of wood for the fireplace and also arranged the driveway to be plowed after the storm. There are some small stores and gas stations with in 10-15 min drive from home but bigger towns are about 30 min drive. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again.

Jill and her family are so kind and helped us a lot. Their house is beautiful and warm in winter.

Thank you for accommodating me with my poodles as well. Bringing both of them with us is extremely important when traveling. It's a truly beautiful place to visit any time of the year. If you love the country, this is the place to be! The home was clean—when you walk inside with your socks they didn’t get black and stayed clean. Lots of towels and the bedding was clean. The furnace heated the home without any issues—even during the cold winter nights. I would stay here with my family again.

We had a wonderful long weekend at Maryann’s cottage. The home has been beautifully renovated and the thoughtful little touches were so appreciated (extra toothbrushes, toiletries, and goodies like eggs, bread, and a bottle of wine!). We felt right at home, and really enjoyed the sunrise view off the back patio. Looking forwarding to our next stay.

This was our second stay at Elsbree House, so we knew exactly what to expect-a gorgeous Victorian home close to great restaurants and to fun area events. Rafael is an extremely responsive and flexible host who is always available by text. We hope to return in 2025!

Was a great stay thank you!!!Perfect farmhouse positioned just steps from the trailhead to a great hike up Vromans Nose! We awoke the first morning to snowfall and hit the trail which was like winter wonderland on the way up to the summit. While obscured a bit with a sea of snowflakes, the expansive view of the valley below was just awesome. As described in the listing, the property shares a driveway with the florist which is just behind the house with a clear view to the back porch. Everyone who worked at the florist couldn't have been more friendly and helpful , including our host who was managing a busy Thanksgiving Eve there! Two thumbs up for management and communication, which in addition to delivering what is advertised is very important to us. Thanks again Lin for a wonderful stay at The Farmhouse. We will be back!

We spent two months at Nicole's cute craftsman house over the winter. The location was perfect for us and our dogs, walkable to shops & restaurants in town, and right next to a lovely park with a trail for dog walking. The house is comfortable and had everything we needed to make it a second home for us while we were renovating our house nearby. Nicole was super helpful and responsive, and her and her husband jumped to help when a few small issues came up with the house. I would highly recommend it for your next getaway in the Catskills.

Great quiet place that is none the less close enough to the road. 5 out of 5 provided if you realize that it is a slightly older house in the rural setting. No issues with the hot water or heavy mineral taste unlike in some other places in Catskills. Very responsive hosts though honestly everything just worked.
