We spent 1 week at Villa Layla with 5 adults, one toddler and one baby. Federico was a great host, responded quickly, also helped with other requests and a special situation great and responded quickly. Thank you ! His staff Elia was super friendly and helpful and even spoke German. Thanks, too, at this point ! The house is as described - great pool, plenty of bathroom for all bedrooms and clean. The kitchen is well-equipped - only flaws were missing pot holders and maybe 1-2 more dish towels. However, these are small things. We felt very comfortable. The location of the house is very quiet - you definitely need a car, for shopping etc. Many beautiful beaches nearby :)

It was magical. We are so grateful for the well loved, well equipped space. Miguel was very responsive and helpful with hikes and beaches and groceries. It was lovely!

The accommodation is very nice, with a beautiful pool and close to the coast and beaches by car. Gian Luca was very responsive, I would recommend!

We had 9 wonderful nights at Andrea's place. Every morning (early October) a beautiful sunrise from the terrace! On Tertenia you have 15 minutes by car, but in 5 minutes you have 2-3 delicious restaurants, 2 supermarkets and 2-3 beautiful beaches. In the kitchen we found everything for easier meals and the bed was very comfortable :) Another highlight is the outdoor shower, which also has hot water, so you can shower under the stars in the evening. I'd go back in a minute, it really is a little paradise!

Absolutely fantastic holiday, very nice and comfortable accommodation with all equipment. Very hospitable owner Patrizia. She was always careful, willing to help. Patrizia prepared a lot of fruit for us as a welcome package. A few meters to the beach, calm clear sea with gradual entry ideal for children. I can highly recommend.

Sandro is a fantastic host . Reliable , trustworthy , very kind and generous . He gave us amazing tips about the best beaches in the area , places to visit , restaurants and locations for nightlife. We loved the house which has got nice thick walls that help keeping cool indoor during hot days and very spacious with all the comforts . Sandro ‘s house is in a strategic position that allows you to reach any places from supermarkets to crystal waters beaches in a few minutes and it’s the perfect choice for those who want to have a genuine experience of Sardinia with not only the coast with stunning locations but also its beautiful inland areas . We highly recommend Sandro’s place and we will go back . Thank you Sandro .

We spent 10 days as a family of four in Pilar's beautiful apartment and we didn't miss anything. The apartment is spacious, very tastefully decorated and extremely clean. We had (except for morning, friendly bird chirping) lots of peace and privacy. The view is really fantastic, in the morning you can see the kitesurfers on the beach with an espresso and in the evening you can hear the waves at sunset. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped. In the area, there are very nice beaches within walking distance (we liked the Spiaggia di Sa Colonia best), in about 20 minutes' walk you are by the sea. In the neighboring village there is a small supermarket, but it is advisable to do larger purchases, for example, in Pula. Pilar was always available as a hostess and super friendly. We can highly recommend the apartment. Thanks for a very nice vacation!

Nicola and his wife welcomed us very warmly. Communication was easy throughout the reservation and our stay. The home is tastefully decorated in a beautiful and peaceful setting. The house enjoys a very pleasant outdoor space with a splendid view of the bay. The sandy beach can be reached in 15/20 minutes on foot which is easy with small children. What particularly caught our attention was the kindness and great hospitality of Nicola and her family: cake tray, fresh fruit basket, Easter chocolates for children and homemade muffins for our return. Her sister's pizzas are great too! There were beach toys for the kids and stuffed animals. The house was very clean when we arrived. If you like to cook, remember to bring spices (salt, pepper, etc...) and charcoal for barbecue. The studio is a real plus, our daughter loved it!

Fantastic place! We were 3 mature couples who enjoy a beautiful scenery, comfort and hospitality and Simone's home had all of that and more. He set the bar very high as a superb host, even inviting us to a pizza party where he provided a personal demonstration. Simone was very responsive to questions of recommendations of places to visit, restaurants and wines. A car is a must as it is in a quiet residential area although there is a lovely restaurant and bar within walking distance. The pool area and balcony were great places to relax after a day at the beach or sightseeing. Thank you Simone for your very kind and generous hospitality.
