Nicky and the ladies were so helpful, even my heavy suitcase up the stairs. Technology and I aren’t great friends, so the door lock was a pain, so I left it open. Also, I set off the fire alarm - I think everyone i. Cookstown heard it. I downloaded the manual, but it might be an idea to have a copy for technically challenged people like myself. It is beautiful and it’s a very welcome addition to Cookstown. I’ll definitely be back again. Thanks Nicky and her lovely ladies.

The apartment was perfect for my sister’s hen do. It fit us all in easily and was the perfect location within Edinburgh centre.

Dawn's place was everything we needed, it was easy to find, and very comfortable for a couple. The room was nice and clean, we didn't use the fireplace but it was an option, kitchen was well equipped. We had a lovely long weekend in Edinburgh, and the stay was great!

Great location next to the mall, bus stop and train station. Place was clean, had everything needed and check in was easy. Would stay here again.

Really comfortable and cosy flat, 2 streets away from Union Street, and under 10 minutes walk from train station. Great for a weekend getaway. We didn't cook during our stay but kitchen looked well equipped. The host was really responsive to our queries and very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Katie' place was ideally located, was as described, close to the main station. Katie was quick to respond, when needed. All in all a great experience.

We were a family of 5 and spent 3 nights in Rachel’s apartment. Apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Location is excellent. A couple mins to tram and easy walk to all the sights. Near lots of places to eat too and a Tesco express just around the corner. There were boxes of toys in the app which were great for entertaining our 5 year old. Rachel had everything labelled so you know where everything is and how everything works. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay, the apartment was beautiful and very clean with great beds, kitchen and bathrooms. It’s located in a peaceful, beautiful neighbourhood within walking distance to all amenities and city centre. Would totally recommend and stay there again! Thank you!

Andrew was very responsive and super friendly. He was very flexible about letting us check in early. The unit was very clean and surprisingly spacious. ImWish we could have stayed longer! I highly recommend.

Lovely, luxurious, spacious property, the photos don't do it justice. Ideally located within walking distance of everything; centre, local attractions and tram stop that can take you straight to the airport. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and had a wonderful family time together spent here, we would highly recommend.

It was a pleasant apartment, it was fully equipped. Center within walking distance, just keep in mind it is a lot of uphill walking. Less than 1 minute away there is a supermarket. The host was also always quick to respond. Definitely highly recommended!

Maria’s flat was absolutely perfect! It was so well decorated (like, I want her to come decorate my home)! The location was amazing. It was so easy to walk to all the things I wanted to see and do. The directions to get there and the instructions were clear making checking in a breeze. She even has a basket of snacks, drinks, coffee, and tea which was a nice touch! 10/10 would recommend and I would absolutely stay here again!

Took a 3 day trip to Scotland. Helens place is ideal in location, well looked after and a lot bigger than looks in the photos. Helen was very helpful and went out of her way to make our stay super great. 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

We had an incredible experience staying at Billy's property! From the moment we arrived, Billy was an outstanding host, making sure everything was perfectly in place and ready for our arrival. The house was spacious and easily accommodated all 6 of us with plenty of room to spare. One of the highlights of our stay was being greeted with freshly baked blueberry muffins – a thoughtful and delicious touch that made us feel right at home. The house had all the amenities we needed, making it feel just like our own home. We particularly enjoyed the private access to the property and the hot tub, which was a great way to unwind after a day of exploring. Lovely spot in a really great location. Check in was very easy, the apartment is very clean and has everything you could need. Can highly recommend.

Lovely place to stay. Directions were clear to follow but struggled to know which direction they were from. Outside area was great, lovely little sun trap! BBQ and hot tub were great. Hot tub had quite a bit of grit and dirt in it though which was a shame. Inside the arches was very cosy and had everything we needed for the short stay. Bed and bedding was comfy and clean, loved the thought of outside towels for the hot tub aswell as indoor towels. Not had this elsewhere and made such a difference. Bathroom was quite small but everything in it was great. Only downside was the boiler being noisy on and off during the night, even though heating wasn't on. We look forward to booking again for the apartment or cottage.

This will be our go-to stay in Edinburgh. Walkable from Waverly train station, Hollyrood, Royal Mile, Castle, Grassmarket, Princes St….like seriously so central. The bed is incredibly comfortable, the kitchen is perfect for travelers & the fireplace was amazing after chillier than expected weather walking around exploring all day. It’s beautifully decorated & we felt at home for 6 nights! We actually loved the daily stairs as we came home having lost weight on vaca, lol! Thank you for your hospitality Lindsey!

Last minute decision to have a night away and Toms place was spot on! Perfect peaceful location, the annexe is gorgeous with everything we could need. The hot tub was dreamy even in the drizzle as the sun went down over the fields. Tom was a great host firing up the hot tub for us and recommending the fabulous Crown Inn for a great dinner! Thank you!
