Holiday rentals in Scott County

Sheila’s home was incredible, if you’re looking to get away from the busy hustle of everyday life, book a stay here and make sure to stop at a grocery store. Only a couple hours from the Gatlinburg, an hour or so from cookeville, makes this a great spot for day outings. This was everything that we wanted! Sheila and Darryl were the nicest people, with lots of information, shortcuts, and jokes to be had. We’re already planning our next trip back down so that we can bring our pups!

Our host, Aaron is phenomenal! Great driving instructions, how to access the house (easy) and alot of information of things to do in the surrounding area. The place went above our expectations, very cozy and comfy. The area is very peaceful and wonderful amenities. Definitely will use next time we are in town!

If you like acres of private forest that's great for dogs and horses, and near tons of trails, this is the place for you. Everything was as described, and there was food, milk, & coffee creamer for us, which was amazing. For our two dogs, there were dog bowls, a dog bed, dog stakes and wire leashes. You can walk to horse/people trails, and you can drive to many other trails in an hour or less. Great restaurants are also an hour away, but Walmart is only 20 min. away in town. My only complaint is the very uncomfortabe couch. We sat on the floor a lot or on top of our pillows we brought with us. The owner offered to replace it, but I didn't want to bother her during Christmas. Leane is kind, thoughtful, honest, and a great communicator. She is a wonderful super host!

We had a great time at this cabin. It was a little chilly at times but the hosts were very accommodating and asked us several times if we needed anything. Neat place. We will definitely go back.

We got many hours of joy from the piano and the incredible screened in porch. We loved the tranquility and the birdsong. The new, blessedly deep bathtub and big shower were excellent. Also enjoyed reading a few of the great books! The place was not as clean as we had expected, and since we were staying for over a month we did a good bit of cleaning, so it may be better for the next folks. Updates to the kitchen and better pans would be nice. Be prepared that there are not a lot of restaurants or grocery options nearby. We planned ahead so that wasn’t an issue. For accessibility, be aware you will need to go up or down curved wooden stairs from the main level to get to any bathroom. Be careful not to slip on the steps.

Beautiful home, very clean and updated. We loved the comfortable beds, kids toys, and extra refrigerator space. TVs in every bed room were great too and included kitchen/bath items were a nice convenience. Not too far of a ride on the roads to reach Brimstone trails. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

By far the best airbnb I've ever found since the origin of the app! I'm very picky and am usually disappointed by at least a few things, but the Cozy Cabin was perfectly equipped! And oh the view from the hot tub! Will def book again 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆

Such a beautiful relaxing vacation house. We had an absolute blast staying. If you are an outdoor person this is the perfect place to stay!! 10/10 for us! Definitely will be coming back when we visit family and staying there again!!
