Kurt’s place is amazing, filled with character and unique details, we enjoyed every moment! It felt like we were living in a castle 😄 The town of Denice is very quiet and cozy. Highly recommend not to be afraid to talk to neighbors (we did it via google translate) and learn more about the town history. Take Kurt’s directions about how to get to the house, because some of the roads that google maps are suggesting can be gorgeous but very narrow. We recommend to also explore surrounding villages! The only thing to consider if you’re a light sleeper - there is a bell tower that rings during the day and night. It’s a common thing in small Italian villages, when you get used to it you rarely notice it. Kitchen is a bit small but we managed to fit and make food for 9 people. The pool is perfect, we spent most of our time there. It’s clean, big and the view from it is fantastic! Kurt was responsive, gave us great recommendations and asked if everything was okay for us during our stay ❤️

Flaminia is a wonderful host..friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and responded to all our queries immediately . Her apartment is extremely well equipped , spacious and well located. The furnishings are stylish and practical and we felt at home from the outset. It's one of the best airbnb's I've stayed in and hope to stay there again on my next visit to Santa Margherita!

Mega great & quiet place to stay !! We stayed there for 6 days and enjoyed it insanely, in 5 - 10 minutes by car in Arenzano or Cogoleto. The host always responded super quickly to questions about the accommodation, good restaurants, etc. We would like to sincerely thank you and can recommend this beautiful apartment to everyone.

Very beautiful estate, plenty of space, lot of attention to detail. Perfect place for two or three families to spend time together.

The place is well located, in front is a large green area, which was important to us as we are traveling with a dog. There are several restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The place was clean and quiet as windows went to the courtyard. With the windows closed, you hardly heard the street. The bathroom was very nice and also the kitchen very well equipped. Lorenzo was a very friendly host and always responded quickly to messages.

The place is beautiful. The view is breathtaking. Everything is spotless the bedding the bed linen the bath towels the kitchen is wonderfully equipped, the quality barbecue, the pizza oven and the hot tub is pure happiness!! When we arrived, we had an excellent aperitif. We had a beautiful and relaxing holiday. If I could, I'll give more stars. Again, thank you for these 10 days . Pamela's place is in a pretty good location in Rapallo. Everything is in walking distance: Shops, restaurants, bars, beach. The communication went easy between us, she was helpful and proactive. The apartment was clean, well equipped.
