Beachfront holiday rentals in Sea Point

Jason and Michelle were very responsive, helping and welcoming. The pictures of the place speak for themselves. Who loves to hear the sound of the ocean whilst being quite close to city of cape town finds his spot here.

Amazing location! Right next to Green Point, with a family mini-golf area, a beautiful promenade along the waterfront, and nearby bike/scooter rentals 🚴‍♂️🛴. A 24-hour store downstairs offers coffee and pastries ☕🥐, and the apartment has private parking — safe and very convenient. The location avoids evening traffic jams, unlike further into Sea Point 🚗. The apartment greeted us with a sweet treat 🍫, and check-in with the host was seamless. The space has a charming, authentic style, a well-equipped kitchen, and a balcony with a side view of the ocean 🌊. It can be a bit noisy due to the road, and a couple of mosquitos may visit at night 🦟. Otherwise, everything was fantastic. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

Mark and Alisa were amazing! They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We broke down a few minutes away and Mark was quick to aid us by fetching my family and luggage while I waited for the tow truck. I have to give a huge shout for this act of kindness. Thank you once again. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will be back God willing.

I've stayed in different rental apartments in Cape Town and Jess' one is the best so far! Perfect location in safe and vibrant Sea Point, best for both morning runs and breakfasts and evening bar hopping as well. The apartment is well equipped with everything for cooking(and the braai!). We stayed for roughly 2 weeks, worked remotely with a lot of zoom meetings and had perfect connection. Jess was in contact with us all the time, communication was superfast.

Such a gorgeous location and cute little place. Great shower and everything you need in the kitchen, walkable to loads of restaurants and shops. Can’t wait to stay again. Leigh was also very responsive and helpful.

Our stay was absolutely lovely! The house offers a beautiful view of Hout bay Harbour and Beach. You can easily and safely walk down the street to the beach, to the main road. We stayed as a family with a 2 year old child and had a wonderful stay. The equipment in the house was sufficient. The location is quite windy but that is Cape Town and Hout bay. Carrie was a great host and offered all the help You need. Thanks again!

We had a wonderful stay with our family. The house is as pictured and we felt right at home. Kitchen is very well equipped, nice garden with a private pool and the beach nearby. Shirley was very easy to communicate with through text and even left us a cake as a welcome gift. Would recommend staying here!!

Beach at the front door ! The place was a wonderful end to our South Africa trip. Only winery meters Away from the beach, so you can go to the beach at any time! For those who attach great importance to safety: here you can be completely reassured! Sam was super fast and flexible with communication and it was a joy to be with her. The house is really incredibly convenient and has a washer, dryer and several bathrooms - really great! Thanks Sam for everything !

This Air Bnb is fantastic. The location is right on the beach, the views from the bedroom and living area are unparalleled. The home is very well kept. Highly recommend for when visiting Cape Town. Only recommendation is that the gated car parking space is relatively small, we had a VW polo which just about fit. However, there is a managed car park next to the entrance if required. Thank you to Austin and Lizzie during our stay and Nick for hosting.

Namaste is in great location, easily walkable for SeaPoint Main Road and the Promenade, and quick to get an Uber into the city of Waterfront. The place is very comfortable and feels like a home rather than an AirBnB. The only slight downside is that the pool doesn’t get much sun as it’s in a courtyard, but we ended up using the hot tub on the roof deck more anyway. Bernie was very responsive and let us know about construction that was happening next door well before we arrived (that didn’t bother us at all to be honest) and provided tips and even came over with supplies for my wife who was feeling unwell one day! Overall highly recommend Namaste and we’d be happy to come back next time.

Allen’s place is lovely! Amos the caretaker took great care of us and to be directly on the beach is so special, I absolutely recommend this place

We had a fabulous week and a bit in Maureen's lovely Woodbridge Island home. The house is spacious yet homely and we were very comfortable and had everything we needed. The outdoor area is very pretty and secluded and we enjoyed sitting out there in the evenings. Maureen is a warm and friendly host and always happy to help with any queries. We hope to visit again in the future!

Fantastic home for two small families to share. Easy to walk into Camps Bay with all the amenities, lovely comfortable home with pool, everything we could have wished for. Really appreciated the flexible checkout with a later flight. Highly recommend. Rob was the perfect host.

Our stay at Mary-Louise’s villa was incredible! The location on Glen Beach is unbeatable, with breathtaking ocean views and the soothing sound of waves. The villa was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. Mary-Louise was a fantastic host—helpful and welcoming. Can’t wait to return!

Ezelna’s place was absolutely lovely. The house was spotless, well-stocked with all the essentials, and they even left us a box of local, handmade chocolates—a thoughtful touch that made us feel truly welcome. The location was prime, with plenty to see and do nearby, and the peaceful surroundings added to the charm. It was so close to the beach that we could hear the waves while relaxing in the backyard—such a calming and beautiful experience. The bathtub was a wonderful bonus, perfect for unwinding after a day out. The kitchen had all the cooking essentials. Ezelna and Josh were incredibly responsive and accommodating—always just a message away and genuinely warm in their communication. Both the house and the community felt very secure, and we were completely at ease throughout our stay. We’d happily come back and would recommend their place without hesitation!

I wish I could have stayed longer! This place is spectacular. You fall asleep to the sound of the ocean across the street from you. Check in is with a human being who walks you through the lay of the land. Place is exactly as described...run don't walk!

My little family had a lovely time at Mandy's and Dean's place, exactly what we needed , we enjoyed the quick access to Llandudno beach after the long winter months in Norway and yet very quite neighborhood and very close to other nice beaches around like Camps Bay, Clifton, Seapoint and Hout Bay, we were also able to enjoy a nice summer braai . The beach was just one street below, just 5 minutes walk from the accommodation, the shops and restaurants are not far away, you have the options of going to Camps Bay or Sea Point, or Hout Bay shopping centre. Kirstenbosch Gardens is not far either for those who enjoy nature and summer concerts, which were also able to squeeze in.The Owner Craig was very welcoming , hospitable and accommodative. The scenic coastal drive to and from the accommodation everyday was breath taking as well. Thank you so much Mandy, Dean and Craig for making our summer vacation worth every penny. We look forward to coming back next time.

Lisa was the most amazing host and her team was absolutely fantastic. Super responsive, always at hand to help. Thanks Vee for recommendations, help, check-ins and the responses to make sure that we had all we needed for a memorable experience. We had such a fantastic time in Cape Town and the property made it much more excellent. From the most fabulous views, with the property on the water, to the wonderful amenities, the property ticked all the boxes for luxury - 5 star hotel standard super clean (thanks to Irene, our excellent housekeeper), the gorgeous pool and outdoor area, where you can relax and enjoy the most amazing sunset. The property is nicely located, close to an array of fantastic restaurants, we were so spoilt for choice! Then the beautiful Camps Bay beach! Literally a 5 minute stroll from the property. Great stay, comfortable, safe and just breathtaking! Really wish I could give more stars because this gorgeous home is well worth it!!!

We loved our stay at Lisa’s place. Perfect location near loads of restaurants, cafes, shops including supermarkets and pharmacy, and of course the beach. Additionally being a stones throw from Chapmans Peak meant a fantastic early morning walk too! Everything you need for a two week stay, the apartment is spacious and comfortable, and Lisa was super responsive in all communications and any small requests we had. Thanks Lisa !!

What a wonderful stay! Such a perfect walkable location in camps bay and would highly recommend. Super helpful and responsive hosts and the decor was super cute!
