Holiday rentals with beach access in Seaside

This is a great space with beautiful views of the valley from practically every room. With a bedroom, living room, kitchen, full bath, it has everything you need. I opted to cook most of my meals in this visit and really appreciated the full size fridge and kitchen supplies. They also kindly provided me some basics that I forgot like coffee! 😊 Very nice people. Responsive but not intrusive. The location is also good, very near town with all its amenities and the beach, while also tucked away and private.

Great walkable location, you will hear noise from the pool and street depending on your location. This is located in a timeshare property so expect to be asked to attend a presentation - we declined and weren’t bothered further. Rooms are nice, but tight for 8 people. There were bags of laundry and sheets piled in the room when we checked in, called the Front Desk and they sent someone to remove them quickly. Appreciate unit being stocked with pool towels. There was body wash, shampoo and conditioner on the tubs/shower. Had a great stay.

This place was great! We rode bikes to everything, that was so nice! The house was well appointed, in a great location, clean and so cozy!

This was our second trip to Ian’s condo and we love it! It is a great location with a beautiful view. It’s been clean and easy to get comfortable. The beds and furniture are comfortable. The booklet is current for businesses and local attractions, and had been updated in the last month. Ian was communicative and made the visit very easy. Highly recommend this sweet condo!

The condo is lovely and spotless. Getting to it from the parking garage is also easy. We loved the condo but didn’t love the sales pitch for their timeshare at the concierge during check-in. Also the pool and hot tub was super busy and not appealing. We enjoy more private places usually so this may be your thing if you are into cruise ship type of vacations.

A lovely location with beautiful views! I did not notice the stairs being described, maybe I missed them, but there is a narrow walkway and stairs down to the unit. Would not be ideal with someone with any sort of mobility issues. The upstairs unit has zero sound dampening, so if you are a light sleeper this may be an issue.

Incredible stay! We came to the beach for Thanksgiving & to clam. The house was amazing. Fully stocked! Games, tvs, extras of everything (towels, sheets, pillows) we felt very well taken care of. Lots of space & rooms were great. The location was amazing! We literally just walked to town every day! The beach is walking distance as well. The house was so clean. The use of the garage was so nice too. Made coming back from the beach super easy to kick everything off in the garage.

Great space for 2 couples with privacy up and downstairs. Kitchen very well stocked, which was great as we had all our dinners there. The path to the beach was well tended but is a bit of a hike. Easy access to Seaside and Astoria as is located midway. Living room spacious for 4, well lit with natural light, nice TV and Dish Network service appreciated. Beds comfy too - thanks for a great stay

This place was perfect for our multi-generational family getaway. Lots of toys and games for kids, easy walk to the beach, and plenty of space for three families. We had a toddler who had a hard time adjusting the first night and no one else could hear a thing--so bonus points for the wall thickness :)

Tialen’s place was great! The kitchen was truly stocked with everything you’d need to cook your own meals. The home was very comfortable, our favorite feature were the wall of windows facing the ocean! We stayed over Christmas and loved watching the storm roll in. Stepping out onto the beach from the back door was also awesome. Our kids loved being able to run outside and throw the football around during breaks in the weather. When being outside wasn’t an option we had plenty to entertain us inside. Between the pool and ping pong table we always had a game going. The Xbox and tvs made sure everyone had a place to relax and do what they liked. When we had questions their response time was great, so fast. Our first morning there we were trying to cook breakfast and had some questions. They didn’t miss a beat, everything was answered and our whole exchange was taken care of within 5 min. We’ll definitely be back!

Not enough space to say how perfect this place was! Quiet, peaceful, spacious, clean, loaded with amenities, tastefully decorated, uncluttered, and inviting. The kitchen is well equipped, and the two fireplaces added to the restful ambiance. Just a very short walk to the beach which never had anyone on it!!!. One of the few places on the west coast where you can have a fire on the beach and although not directly next to the surf you can constantly hear it from the house. Having the outdoor gas BBQ is a bonus (although we never used it), and the surround garden is so pretty and peaceful. Ample off street parking for 3 vehicles. There is even an outside spigot to wash off those sandy feet and toys. The house is adjacent to the Oregon Park's "Sitka Sedge", one of the best hiking trails in the area which gives new meaning to the term "enchanted forest". Kayakers will enjoy Whalen Island recreation area just 1 mile from the house; just be sure to check the tide charts! Just perfect!

amazing location right on the beach. reached out to see if Kimberly could get flowers for my wife before arrive. she went out of her way to do everything and more that was requested. We can't wait to visit Kimberly's properties again.

Loved staying at this home. James contact us as soon as we booked to thank us and welcome us. We felt at home from the time we arrived. The location was close to all the places we wanted to visit and the morning walks on the beach were amazing. The street is quiet and neightbors are all friendly. The home has everything we needed for comfort.

Sea glass was lovely. Short walk to the beach. Well stocked and decorated. Katie was great to deal with. You won’t regret it.

Rachel made everything easy - clear directions and check-in procedures. This place is exactly as shown and described and probably the best appointed place where I have ever stayed. The kitchen was fully equipped, the living room was comfy and warm, and the bedrooms had great beds and nice linens. Bathrooms had everything one might possibly need. The trail to the beach is nearby and a short walk. Nothing is lacking. It takes a lot of thought and care to create such a wonderful getaway and as a result, Rachel’s place is extraordinary. We will definitely return. My only regret is that we can’t give more than 5 stars. Thank you, Rachel!

Staying at Annie’s was the perfect choice for my friends and I this weekend! We will definitely be considering staying again. They were super accommodating and amazingly thoughtful. Little to no issue with checking in, and let us leave our bags while checking out so we could explore the city a little longer! Completely gracious owners and staff, thank you endlessly!

Lovely condo with a view of the ocean from the outside deck. Fully stocked home with plenty of towels. It was clean and had a lot of additional blankets and pillows if needed. We enjoyed our stay very much! The 3 minute walk to the beach was everything. We spent a lot of time out on the deck .... such a beautiful spot!

I look forward to coming to Spring and Mark’s beautiful condo every March. It truly feels like home away from home. From the kitchen completely stocked with *everything* you could possibly need, to the world’s most comfortable bed and furniture. (I’ve never visited with kids tagging along, but I did notice a ton of board games and beach toys!) If you’re looking for the perfect Seaside getaway this is your place! Beautiful views and walking distance to nearly all of Seaside’s main attractions. Also to mention, the cleanliness is always top notch! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. What a lovely location. We enjoyed hours of family time watching the ocean from this fifth floor condo. The two bedroom, two bath unit was clean and contained everything we needed for a wonderful stay. I especially appreciated the covered parking accommodation and well written check in instructions considering we arrived during a particularly hard downpour. If we visited the area again we would definitely want to stay here. The small touches mattered; from extra blankets to restaurant recommendation and a well appointed kitchen.

My wife and I recently stayed at this wonderful Airbnb for our honeymoon in Seaside, Oregon, and it was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the charming and cozy atmosphere of the property. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach and close to all the quaint shops and restaurants Seaside has to offer. The home itself was beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches that made our stay feel special. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing time away. The kitchen was well-equipped for the few meals we cooked in, and the living area was the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the area. The highlight of our stay was definitely the stunning view from the deck. We spent countless hours there, enjoying the fresh ocean breeze and watching the sunset. It felt like the perfect spot to celebrate our new life together. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed

We had a great weekend! Condo is very conveniently located and boasts a gorgeous view of the ocean. It was pretty rainy and gross when we were there so we really appreciated the board games and stash of movies.
