Holiday rentals with beach access in Seaside

This is a great space with beautiful views of the valley from practically every room. With a bedroom, living room, kitchen, full bath, it has everything you need. I opted to cook most of my meals in this visit and really appreciated the full size fridge and kitchen supplies. They also kindly provided me some basics that I forgot like coffee! 😊 Very nice people. Responsive but not intrusive. The location is also good, very near town with all its amenities and the beach, while also tucked away and private.

Great walkable location, you will hear noise from the pool and street depending on your location. This is located in a timeshare property so expect to be asked to attend a presentation - we declined and weren’t bothered further. Rooms are nice, but tight for 8 people. There were bags of laundry and sheets piled in the room when we checked in, called the Front Desk and they sent someone to remove them quickly. Appreciate unit being stocked with pool towels. There was body wash, shampoo and conditioner on the tubs/shower. Had a great stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. In addition, it was just a short walk to the beach, which made it super convenient. There also was a fresh foods market nearby with wine and organic food. Raina was also very responsive and made sure we had everything we need. I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit! Highly recommend!

Very clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Debbie, the host, was very communicative and friendly. Great view of the ocean and walkable to restaurants, gift shops, etc. We’ll be back!

The condo is lovely and spotless. Getting to it from the parking garage is also easy. We loved the condo but didn’t love the sales pitch for their timeshare at the concierge during check-in. Also the pool and hot tub was super busy and not appealing. We enjoy more private places usually so this may be your thing if you are into cruise ship type of vacations.

Oceanside is a beautiful little town and this was a beautiful place to stay.

Incredible stay! We came to the beach for Thanksgiving & to clam. The house was amazing. Fully stocked! Games, tvs, extras of everything (towels, sheets, pillows) we felt very well taken care of. Lots of space & rooms were great. The location was amazing! We literally just walked to town every day! The beach is walking distance as well. The house was so clean. The use of the garage was so nice too. Made coming back from the beach super easy to kick everything off in the garage.

My wife, daughter, and two dogs enjoyed a very relaxing and comfortable stay for 3 nights. The upstairs/downstairs set up made it easy for everyone to have their own space to work from. The kitchen had everything we needed plus a lot of dishes and gadgets you don’t always see at other airbnb’s. Satellite TV was a nice treat for us to enjoy, given the weather was about as stormy as it gets on the Oregon coast. It’s a very short walk down a beautiful path to the beach. We hope to stay again.

Such a beautiful place to stay over the holidays. Just minutes walk to the beach, the dogs loved it!! Highly recommend and hope to be back in the future!

Tialen’s place was great! The kitchen was truly stocked with everything you’d need to cook your own meals. The home was very comfortable, our favorite feature were the wall of windows facing the ocean! We stayed over Christmas and loved watching the storm roll in. Stepping out onto the beach from the back door was also awesome. Our kids loved being able to run outside and throw the football around during breaks in the weather. When being outside wasn’t an option we had plenty to entertain us inside. Between the pool and ping pong table we always had a game going. The Xbox and tvs made sure everyone had a place to relax and do what they liked. When we had questions their response time was great, so fast. Our first morning there we were trying to cook breakfast and had some questions. They didn’t miss a beat, everything was answered and our whole exchange was taken care of within 5 min. We’ll definitely be back!

We knew what to expect since we have stayed at this cottage off and on for more than 10 years. The improvements this time were great. Excellent, comfy couch and chairs. New paint throughout. An additional bedroom although with the two of us we didn't use the extra space. Nice new deck and access to the viewing space in the yard overlooking the ocean. Easy walk to restaurant and bar across the highway at Lake Lytle. Convenient parking. New large TV with all kinds of streaming possibilities. Plenty of room if two couples wanted to share the cottage. Incredible full set of windows showing off the beach and ocean below. The temperature was too cold to do much outside but there appears to be a bar-b-que and good deck chairs when the temperature warms up in the spring and summer. Wi-fi works great! Plenty of clean towels and blankets. All and all just an incredible, private space to hang out and enjoy a more traditional cute space of the golden age of travel from years ago . . . .

Incredible little place right on the beach in Manzanita! We hit the jackpot on a beautiful winter weekend and were able to walk to the beach straight from the back deck, and watch the waves roll in while we ate dinner! The fireplace was perfect in the evening. Kim helped with all of our questions and was a great host.

Great house, very clean, and in a great location. Kristin was proactive. I didn’t have to contact her during our stay, but everything was great.

Loved staying at this home. James contact us as soon as we booked to thank us and welcome us. We felt at home from the time we arrived. The location was close to all the places we wanted to visit and the morning walks on the beach were amazing. The street is quiet and neightbors are all friendly. The home has everything we needed for comfort.

We stayed for my daughter’s cheer competition. We got the corner room with a beautiful view of the ocean. The room was clean. Loved having a full refrigerator for our drinks. Will definitely be returning! Parking lot was kind of tight but we parked next to it in the public parking. We felt safe. About 5 minutes drive to the convention station. Very quiet too.

Rachel made everything easy - clear directions and check-in procedures. This place is exactly as shown and described and probably the best appointed place where I have ever stayed. The kitchen was fully equipped, the living room was comfy and warm, and the bedrooms had great beds and nice linens. Bathrooms had everything one might possibly need. The trail to the beach is nearby and a short walk. Nothing is lacking. It takes a lot of thought and care to create such a wonderful getaway and as a result, Rachel’s place is extraordinary. We will definitely return. My only regret is that we can’t give more than 5 stars. Thank you, Rachel!

This was the perfect place in the right location for our quick trip to Seaside. The unit itself was cozy and exactly as it was described in the listing. It was a short walk away from downtown Seaside, so it was very easy to get around town from this location. The hosts were great and set us up so we could easily get to the unit, make ourselves comfortable, and enjoy our visit to Seaside.

Lovely condo with a view of the ocean from the outside deck. Fully stocked home with plenty of towels. It was clean and had a lot of additional blankets and pillows if needed. We enjoyed our stay very much! The 3 minute walk to the beach was everything. We spent a lot of time out on the deck .... such a beautiful spot!

Our stay was lovely. The space was top notch. Everything was beautifully decorated, spotless, and incredibly well stocked. The view couldn’t have been better nor the proximity to town. It was quiet. A perfect space for us to enjoy our stay in Seaside. Definitely would come back. Communication was easy and timely.

Great stay, lots to view and walk, small towns are interesting

This condo was absolutely amazing, couldn’t have been any better. The hosts were amazing and quick responding. I will definitely be returning the price was very reasonable and it is a wonderful location perfect distance away from broadway. Thank you for such a wonderful get away.

My husband and I went on a mini Babymoon, and this place was amazing! We look forward to booking more family vacations once our little one arrives. It had everything described in the listing and more. It was in a fabulous location, and the view was absolutely stunning.
