Wonderful place for a family weekend.

Wonderful property, great location, accommodating host. Huge house with lots of beds and rooms. ADU, washer/dryer a plus.

This place was so spacious, room for everyone, clean, great neighborhood. When we had a question we reached out to our host who responded right away. This house has everything, even a washer n dryer. We came out to Seattle from Los Angeles for my nieces Quinceañera event. First time in Washington and we absolutely loved it! Especially our air bnb The only negative thing we had today about our stay is take quick showers cuz the hot water only lasts about 20-30 mins and we were a family of 6. Some of us had to take cold showers the first couple of days. But then we just had the kids shower at night and the adults in the morning. Other than the hot water situation everything else was perfect. Still give it 5 stars. Amazing place! Would love to come back and stay there again. Very beautiful home

The house was perfecto, great location, great neighborhood, great hosts. We will stay here again.

I met with family from three states in this large, beautiful home. It was clean, homey, very spacious. We didn't have enough people to fill it up, and there were 6 of us. It is very close to the store, we walked multiple times down the street to get something quick if needed. There is a park down the street that was pleasant to walk around. It's a great area. Nhat was responsive and tried to accommodate as much as possible. This is a great place to stay if you're in Seattle for a few days.

Sarah was a responsive and gracious host. We were there for a funeral and had a full house. Her home was in the best location for all of us to relax and re-energize. Everything was spotless. We always take our shoes off inside the home so it was great that she required that of her home as well. There are some nice trails through the woods nearby which we took advantage of in the morning. Going to Pike Place Market was also a welcome break and only took about 15 minutes to get to. There are a lot of moving parts when you have 8 adults and one kid under one roof but we enjoyed being together, having fun together, and that was made possible by staying at Sarah's place.

Naili was an excellent host. Very responsive to all questions and inquiries. Very accommodating to me and my family and made our family Thanksgiving get together a reality with her beautiful home. The home is extremely gorgeous and very well kept with beautiful views and very peaceful. Everything was as advertised. I highly recommend staying at Nali’s house.

Susi’s place is definitely in the top places I’ve stayed around the world. Every bit of space is meticulously designed and so classy. Would stay again. Thanks for all the hospitality.

Very nice space in a great location. Super comfy bed and hangout area and nicely designed. Quiet area but close to public transportation and walkable to a few fun bars and restaurants. Would recommend!

Coming to Seattle for my boyfriend and I’s 3 year anniversary was spectacular. Lisa made it even more spectacular. She was so sweet and made sure we have everything we need. We saw that it was raining and I asked for some umbrellas and she gave us some! My boyfriend’s favorite part was the bed, he said the bed was so comfortable he fell asleep so quickly lol. I recommend this place to anyone! Thank you Lisa! ❤️

Great spot for a great price , located within walking distance of climate pledge arena which was great. Also pretty close to the water , good views, and lots of bars / restaurants in the area. 10/10 would recommend.

It was a great space for me and 5 friends, with ample street parking. Ceiling is a little thin though, so you will hear upstairs neighbors.

Andrew and James' place was lovely and peaceful. Clean, comfortable, and very well stocked and provisioned. The kitchen had plenty of equipment, and the bathroom had an abundance of personal items for our use.

To say this was a 5-star experience would be an understatement. Theresa thought of everything, from clear instructions to extra paper towels to having extra charging cables in case we forgot! The bed was super comfortable, all of the amenities worked perfectly, and this place felt just like home. The location is incredibly walkable too, with a bunch of nice restaurants and breweries in downtown Kirkland. The location also has a direct road (avoids the traffic of the freeway!) to downtown Bellevue that takes about 10 minutes, which was perfect for my commute. Thank you Theresa for an incredible time. We will definitely be back!

I stayed at Mike’s place for four weeks, and it was an amazing experience. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for an extended stay. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions, public transport, or shopping. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, making it a great place to relax after a long day. Mike was an excellent host—responsive, friendly, and always ready to help if I had any questions. They even provided some thoughtful additional requests. Overall really happy with our stay at Lyle’s. The only issues we had were out of his control such as the elevator being slower than a snail and some internet issues. The apartment is small enough that it warms up really quickly. The bed is super comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and stores in walking distance. The view from the rooftop is beautiful. Lyle was on top of communication. He checked on us throughout our stay and responded quickly to my messages. If we ever come back to Seattle, we will definitely look for Lyle’s listings! Thanks for making our stay great, Lyle!

Great location for a show at the Crocodile and walks with the kids to Seattle Center and Pikes. Many restaurants and good coffee nearby. Place was perfect for a family of 4.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. It was precisely what I needed, it's comfortable, clean, easy to find, and close to the I-5. It didn't take me more than 2 minutes to get to the interstate and I was able to be in downtown Seatle in about 20 minutes (weekend, off-peak hours). The place was exactly like the photos and description. If I ever need to get back to Seattle I'd certainly stay at Vagner's again.

We stayed in Bindu’s charming condo for three weeks in December. Loved every minute and look forward to another visit. The place is well decorated, very comfortable and the views over Elliot Bay are spectacular. Enjoyed the new Pier 62 waterfront park and the proximity to the new aquarium exhibits. Bindu is an amazing hostess and unbelievably responsive. Both she and her place are special.

Jenn's place had an amazing view of the water and on a clear day the Olympic Mountains would be the perfect background to watch the boats in the Puget Sound all day. It was within walking distance to everything we needed. The condo seemed to have everything we needed to get by but we didn't spend much time there since it was easy to explore Seattle from this location.

A great and walkable location! It was a safe area to rest after exploring during the day! Having a kitchen, in-unit laundry, and comfortable beds was helpful for a week's trip! The only thing to consider is the uphills in Seattle for those traveling who may not be used to walking or may have challenges with their knees.

Had a great stay here. Would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a nice affordable place in downtown Seattle. Very walkable neighborhood. Adrian was a great host!
