Steps away is stunning vibrant Torquay Harbour with a wide variety of wonderful restaurants, bars, shops and attractions and a short walk to Meadfoot and Torquay beaches. I offer my guests complimentary parking permits for one car in the surrounding streets, however spaces are limited, toiletries, kitchen basics, linens and super fast broadband.

The property underwent a complete renovation in June 2021 it has brand new bathrooms and kitchen. In fact, everything is brand new. It is now a wonderful 3 bed 2 bathroom luxury holiday rental. Or, just enjoy the free-standing bath or an evening BBQ, with Topsham's many independent little shops a few metres away. Note; has steep stairs.
