Apartment holiday rentals in Sebring

I was looking for alternate to a chain hotel on the highway for my recent golf trip. My stay accomplished this goal. Space was super clean and plenty of room for a single traveler. While I didn't spend much time with the activities at the ranch it is a place with character and lots of options if you are interested. Rafaela was great with communication and making sure that I had everything I needed.

My stay at this Airbnb was excellent. The property was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect and very convenient for everything we needed. The host was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any questions. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to return in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The condo was even better than expected. The view was spectacular. The kitchen has been completely remodeled with high end appliances and both bathrooms were also recently updated. My wife loved the walk in shower. Both beds were very comfortable. Our kids came for a visit and there was lots of room in the master bedroom for a blowup mattress for our grandson. The smart TV had all the regular channels offered by Comcast as well as Netflix and Prime and all the other free channels available. The internet was strong and had no trouble handling several phones, computers and I pads at the same time. Trevor was great to deal with. He met us on arrival and made us feel welcome. We needed and extra key so he had one made and delivered it a couple days later. He gave us his email and phone number just in case we needed him. I messed up the smart thermostat and he fixed it remotely right away! We loved the place so much that we booked it again for next year.

We had a great time at Vanessa's place - she truly thought of everything we'd need. I loved the coffee bar especially! The space was perfect for our needs. My boys liked exploring the grounds as well.

10/10 stay! I booked last minute for a night to see the rodeo with my dog, my sister, and my 5 year old nephew. He was so excited about the decor details he didn’t even want to leave the room! In his words, “wow, this is cozy and cool!. The welcome basket was a beautiful touch it even had a bone for my dog! It was so clean and the details were very appreciated. It was a quick walk to the rodeo and park and a great sleep in the comfortable bed. Thank you for providing us a beautiful getaway!

Felt like I was at home, and the neighborhood is very quiet.

Great place to stay for the Lake Placid/ Sebring area. The kitchen was well equipped and couch was very comfortable. This place felt like home.

Halina's condo was exactly as described and pictured on the Airbnb website. Her ground floor garden villa was located on a golf course in Sun 'n Lake in Sebring. The condo was located in a safe and very walk-able area on the golf course with the clubhouse less than a block away. The accommodations provided all the conveniences of home and were very clean upon my arrival. The bed was very comfortable and the shower with full flow shower head was great. The large flat screen TV and Wifi worked great, too. Communications with Halina were excellent. Everything worked out well during my week long stay and I would definitely consider staying there again on future visits to the area. I would highly recommend Halina's villa condo.

The place is very nice. We had two incidents and the resort maintenance resolved it effectively. The only thing that seemed inconvenient to me was that the garbage collector is a little far from the room and that it is on a second floor.

We came for the weekend after Thanksgiving and our overall experience was fantastic! The room was exactly what we needed and was very central. Near to the pool, Rodeo and adventure park. We felt right at home!! Michelle was responsive and kind! We will definitely be back and stay again.

Place was very cozy in and out. Enjoyed the private patio area. A lot of activities for families during Thanksgiving weekend. Only downfall, was that you can hear above us people walking, moving chairs in the morning 7ish AM. So if you want to sleep in, get the 2nd floor. 😉

Place is good the only thing needs some update in the kitchen like a coffee pot is too old. He needs to be updated furniture’s like the table. It needs to be updated to the place is spacious has a good location.

The stay was great and the location was perfect. Very close to the saloon but noise wasn't an issue after 11pm. Parking right in front of the room was a little tight due to some current construction but nearby parking was easily available. Highly recommend. Will be staying here or another of her listing's in the future.

This was our first time to Westgate River Ranch so we didn't know what to expect. I am glad we found this listing instead of booking through the Resort directly - as it allowed us to go directly to the Suite instead of checking in at the Main Lodge. And it was better equipped for less money. The owners were very friendly and responsive, and everything we needed was right there. The separate bunk bed room for kids was a huge plus! Also, we thought the apartment actually felt nicer and cozier than we expected based on the pictures. If we ever go back to WRR, we'll be staying here again!
