No complaints, this place was perfect 😀 Warm apartment, it feels like home! Decorated, furnished with great taste, wide choice of dishes, there is everything for its comfort! Bright, great location. Sitting, having breakfast, facing the sea, it's priceless!!! A stylish, bright, cheerful apartment in the middle of Duclair, with a good view of the River Seine. The apartment has lots of style with bright colours and furniture that is fun to look at but also comfortable. It makes you feel happy and cheerful just to be there. It's also well equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine, lots of kitchen equipment, and good WiFi. The neighbours were quiet and although you can hear passing traffic and the nearby ferry they were never intrusive. There is no dedicated parking space, but there is lots of public parking close by and I never had any trouble finding a space within 100 metres of the apartment. I would be very happy to stay there again.

The apartment is extremely beautiful. The balcony and views of the city are lovely. Valerie's communication is great and the apartment access instructions super helpful. Also with elderly people this was a highly accessible building with secure parking so for family settings it's great

We booked Myriam's home for a second time. A comfortable accommodation, very well located and well-equipped. Parking under the apartment is a real plus. No car needed to visit Deauville and Trouville. Shops, markets, restaurants, the sea etc are nearby. Many thanks to Myriam for her kindness, for her perfect transmission of useful information and availability. Never 2 without 3? 😉

Quiet apartment, ideally located in relation to the beach, play areas for children, from nice walks and sightseeing in the area. Large free parking 150m away. This place is quite spacious, very well equipped and is a good value for the money. Very good welcome from the owners available and discreet. We will certainly come back to that.

Modern and clean accommodation in line with the photos, difficult to park if you have a lot of luggage it is not necessarily obvious but nothing to say about the accommodation itself. I recommend

A big thank you to Vincent for his welcome and kindness with whom I was able to communicate by phone before (to get information) and after the stay (to make sure everything was in place). We stayed one night to pick up from our bike trip (Paris -> Mers) and leave in the early morning after a shower and a good night. The apartment was spotless. Recommended!!!

The accommodation is warm and very well equipped. The jacuzzi is very pleasant as well as the sauna in its private courtyard. We had a lovely time. It makes us want to make the other places in Rouen.atypical 🫰

Ideal accommodation for 2 adults and 2 children we were able to enjoy the private Jacuzzi as well as the swimming pool. Beach a few minutes walk away and a bakery right next door. Very peaceful stay in this Gîte. I advise for what is looking for tranquility and calm. We will surely come back

In short, if you come across this listing, don't hesitate! Beautiful, very relaxing home. Everything has been thought out to make it easier to use each device. We haven't remembered any downsides.

Great stay. I highly recommend this place to stay!!! However, the bed squeaks and the mattress is soft with hollows in the middle. Time to change it. Despite this small downside, we loved our night in this apartment.

Basement apartment and yet very light . Top amenities (TVs, sauna, jakuzzi). A very well-equipped, neat, quiet, very pleasant apartment and close to the city center.
