(1 hr 10 min from Le Mans) A comfortable mini wooden house of 45 m2 nestled between the trees, in the heart of the Réno-Valdieu state forest, extended by a large terrace and overlooking a beautiful 2-hectare pond. On the ground floor, a living room with a wood stove and an equipped kitchen as well as a comfortable bathroom. Upstairs, under the roof, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds). Set back on the land, the old barn converted into a dwelling.

My accommodation is close to La Loupe (8 km) and Bretoncelles (8 km) and about 1 hr 40 min from Paris. You will love this house because of the outdoor areas. This restored farmhouse of about 180 m2, located in a small quiet hamlet is at your disposal for a pleasant stay in the Perche with family or friends. Pets are allowed and it is possible to bring your horse... My place is good for families (with children) and large groups.
