Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Septmoncel Les Molunes

We had a pleasant stay in Etival with our three children and two dogs. We enjoyed the very peaceful environment, the cleanliness of the accommodation, the very friendly welcome, the bocce court and the enclosed grounds. We can find a supermarket about 20 minutes away and we were able to enjoy Les Rousses ski resort 45 minutes away. The Col de la Faucille offers breathtaking scenery and the Hérisson waterfalls are beautiful. Recommended for nature lovers. Even the dogs were welcomed very well with a basket each, very kind attention , thank you!

We had a very pleasant stay. We were two couples with 3 kids < 10 years old and a teenager. The house is perfect for this configuration with its dorm for the little ones. The location is very good for and visiting and accessing the redheads. The house is in perfect condition and has everything you need to enjoy this beautiful area. Sarah and Claude were very welcoming even before we arrive. They welcomed us at the check-in giving us a lovely gift, plent of tips, instructions on how stuffs worked in the house, etc We spend Christmas week and the house had everything we needed to cook, the rooms were big and comfortable. We do recommend staying at Les Gites de la Forge.

Had a very soothing stay. A perfect mini city retreat with a plus for the magnificent view of the park and the small library. I would recommend, and would not hesitate to come back.

Very pleasant stay in this accommodation for a WE in Annecy with girlfriends. Spacious accommodation with terrace, fully equipped, clean and functional. What we appreciated, the location, right in the city center, 5 min from the train station and 10 min walk from the lake.

The apartment is very pleasant, nicely decorated, as described, very well-equipped and very well placed, at the foot of the slopes. Hugues and his wife are responsive, available and attentive. I recommend it.

Wow what a wonderful holiday. We had a fantastic time. The house was lovely with a great outdoor area and pool. It was very peaceful but not far from the town centre (5-10 min walk). There you could find a boulangerie, small supermarket and several restaurants. You could walk to the lake in about 10 - 15 mins. We did not bother hiring a car. Instead we hired bicycles for some of the holiday. We also did lots of walking. It was very hot but fortunately we had aircon in the house. I would definitely go there again. We previously stayed in Annecy but this was more relaxing. It took about 25 mins to cycle to Annecy and you can almost exclusively do this on cycle paths. The hosts were extremely helpful even though they were on holiday in Brasil as we had one small issue with the power that they managed to quickly resolve.

Beautiful home, clean, true to photos. The environment is quiet, nice view. Good bedding Good value for money. I did not have the opportunity to meet the host but he is very responsive, accommodating and friendly by message I highly recommend it.

This house is great. The decor is all of the 70s and still nice and clean and charming. Super cozy atmosphere, fireplace, parking in front of the door, beautiful garden, five beautiful bedrooms and a great kitchen and living room!! I'd love to come back here!

6 stars feels appropriate. Could not fault anything, and I would have felt happy paying twice as much for staying here. Beautiful accommodation, beautiful atmosphere upon arriving with the fireheating and candles on, and everything was perfect. Highly recommend to stay here if you have the chance.

Fanny. Thank you so much for renting your beautiful home to us. It was a perfect. Our 3 teenage boys loved the pool and the location was amazing with its convenience to the 20 bus. The boys could have free time to explore themselves and also time with mum and dad. 5 stars. 6 stars if I could .

We spent a week at the end of February with six of my friends. We were very well hosted, in person, by Mrs. Favre. I have received simple and clear instructions on the use of the property and its amenities and am satisfied with the interaction I have had. The house is very comfortable and there is, indeed, no hot water problem. The temperature remains constant even without a fire after the sunset. Amenities work well and the kitchen is provided enough to help prepare small dishes. In conclusion, this house allowed us to have a beautiful week, thank you again!
