"Very good" is what my 8yo son says :) The room is as described. Host is very responsive and gave us all the details earlier so we can read through them. The room is cosy for my family of 4. We had good nights sleep cos of good quality beds. The host has also provided more pillows than the usual. They are also very considerate as they take care of little details such as netflix, water filter, hand soap :) Really appreciate all these little things as this made our stay more enjoyable. Thank you host and we will definitely book this room again for our next stay.

The apartment was easy to check-in, clean and accessible to Paradigm Mall. It's a comfortable, relaxing stay for 1 night and I would gladly recommend it. Thanks Yee Loy!

The house is just as shown in pictures and what’s even more breathtaking as this is CNY week — we could see fireworks display from different corners across the unblocked views and the sunrise in the morning to the left of the unit living room window! Cleanliness is a definite (: and i love how the x2 bathrooms had a good amount of space! Will definitely recommend this place! Thankyou for hosting (:

Thank you for accepting our last minute booking! Rooms, kitchen and toilets were very clean! No visible dust seen during stay. Aircon were working perfectly. Clear instructions given by the host. And host was very fast in replying too 👍🏽 Unit is very suitable for big family. I had a family of 9, the beds were more than enough. They had extra mattress too. Nice view from the living room balcony. Cons; The cupboard was very close to the beds so you couldn't really open the cupboard door. If you're staying for 2 nights(like me), it shouldn't be a problem as you don't really need it. Swimming pool was closed too :( Kinda sad cos the whole family was looking forward to swim in the pool. Will definitely stay here again if I'm bringing my big family again!

I would highly recommend this apartment. Value for money; the host is very responsive and very helpful. It is clean, peaceful, and quiet if you want to go on a short staycation and getaway. I would definitely return here, and I have even recommended that some friends check out this flat.

The airbnb that i booked was not ready to check in but Kee Yao gave me another airbnb house for us to stayed in and it was very cozy and comfortable. His service is great he drove us to the another airbnb and he recommend us some famous cafe and dishes around the airbnb. His service was really good and i will book from him again.

We had a wonderful stay at this clean, cozy, and comfortable apartment. The unit was exactly as described - comfortably furnished, clean, and equipped with everything we needed, including high speed WiFi and a smart TV. En, our host, was very attentive, responsive, and helpful. The stunning city view from the balcony was an added bonus and we will definitely return here again!

As good as the photo looks. Kids had a great time and decided to forgo half day of Lego just to stay at the space to play.

Uncle Sam ,the host very responsive, very details instructions on how to check in. answered all my questions and even suggested local food and attractions to us . The place is spotless clean and new , bedsheets etc cleaned and nice to sleep on . we enjoyed the nice and clean swimming pool facilities too .

Chris's house is definitely impressive! With 4 spacious bedrooms and atleast 3 of which has their own bathroom! There's even a 4th bathroom near to the pool so you don't have to wet the whole house after a swim. The private pool definitely is the main highlight of the apartment. The building is easily accessible to the mall at certain timing so you don't have to walk at the busy roads outside. The only downside is the private lift. As it's a private lift with direct access, of course that's only one but there are A WHOLE LOT of other people on the building as well waiting at the same time. This is of course just the building. There are alternative lifts to get to the floor, you just have to be aware of the lift numbers cus it's a little bit jumbled up (i.e the flow is C1, C2, C5, C6 then C4) again, this is just how the building is and other than the lifts, I definitely enjoyed my stay. For the number of people that can fit into the apartment, the price is a steal.

the apartment was huge and spacious for our 2 families that had 12 of us. we were there for a short time so did not get to use the amenities. but the room itself was comfortable! thank you for the quick replies as it gives us reassurance.

It was our first trip to JB/Legoland and we decided to stay at this unit with (almost) a sea view. We had a nice experience. Will stay here even the next time.

This apartment was beyond perfect! Every little detail was thoughtfully designed, from the cozy lighting to the stylish decor that made it feel both luxurious and homey. The place was spotless, the bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch—especially the the long balcony with a breathtaking view. Oso The location was ideal. And the host? Absolutely outstanding. She being honest with her guest. My rings left, but she return it back. This stay exceeded all expectations—I’d come back in a heartbeat!

very good and quiet place mostly tenant is expatriate

Stayed on a fri to sat. Among all my JB stays i think this is the most atas, most convenient and safest. Security guards legit got patrol one. It's very walkable and with multiple entrances unlike typical malaysia condos w only 1 or 2 entrances into the compound. Legit got maintenance staff cleaning, trimming plants etc. Many singaporean-to-do-things within walking distance: cafe, massage, karaoke, bars, haircut. Night time no cars one. Until can freely walk along the road. And somehow, here the staff are quite english-speaking. Indians, filipinos etc. This condo the pattern resembles another condo i booked for penang: atas, got simi gourmet kitchen, reading room, sky garden etc. Only thing we stayed tower B which was a bit inside. But regardless, towers A to C are all very walkable. Just ask the guards.

Loved the place. it was nice and had great interior design. liked it as it by the water. service was great. Will definitely recommend this place again. for distance to Legoland, was a mere 10 mins.
