The condominium is old known, frequented for many years. This was the first time in Paulo's space. Correu everything ok, Cláudia, the person who welcomed us, was very kind, helpful and flexible. The negative point, if you care for someone, is that there is no cable TV. I missed it because I like to fall asleep watching tv. Rsrsrs. I recommend the space 100%!!

We loved our stay in Petrópolis and this apartment was perfect for us for one month. It is cozy, comfortable and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, the wifi worked great and it was walking distance everywhere. Highly recommend staying here.

Luis was an excellent host, always cordial and ready to assist us with all the questions. The house is very comfortable and with a beautiful view. We felt as if we were at a friend's house. For families with children or those who want to relax, it's a great option!

The apartment is perfect! Small but very comfortable. Paula is a lover and has made everything ready for my family, which includes two children. The site was impeccably clean, with smelling bedding and towels available. I've been in three other apartments in the same condominium and by far this is the best! Also the host is very kind. Sure, we'll book other times.

The days in the apartment were great. All very quiet and safe, plus many facilities such as market and shops nearby. I went to Rock The Mountain and it was super easy to get to, I recommend!

The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need for a short stay and for a couple. Everything was clean and organized and has the basics for everyday life. The street can be a bit noisy, which is normal… but it is still well located and close to great bars, restaurants and cafes. Host Maria do Carmo is excellent, always available and attentive to all the details. The stay is well worth the stay.

Studio 325 is exactly like in the pictures. All very well cared for, new and smelling. It's that place where you really feel at home, all very practical and organized.
