The house is located in a quiet town and surrounded by nature, it is very cozy and is great equipped. Thanks also to the attention and kindness of both Sergio and his mother, we had a great stay. Highly recommended!!

¡It was Incredible! I think with a 10 it would fall short, they are good hosts Jesus and Dolores, they let us check in a little before the agreed time in the listing, the brutal cleaning very but very clean. Super comfortable beds is to arrive and feel 100% disconnected the house is the same as in the pictures. We were greeted with a welcome basket, and they left us a beautiful detail in the room since we rented by the dates of (Valentine's Day) ♡ They are very nice people and they are aware of you to make you feel at home. Recommended 100% Sin Duda! we will repeat again, without thinking twice! ♡

We were a big group, very big, comfortable house, big living room, table!! Very warm house, the location is chic, quiet, in the mountains and the city nearby. Host was available, nice, friendly! Thank you very much for your hospitality, we will definitely come again!!! happy new year.

The house is simple but perfectly meets the needs of a swimming pool and barbecue weekend. Communication with Ricardo has been smooth, he has given us clear instructions and helpful tips. The place is very quiet, close to Hita (whose visit is worthwhile, you can get there by walking not very long). Ideal place to disconnect from the city and prepare some good embers.

Ruben was very responsive and friendly. The house has two floors with two rooms. It is nicely designed and furnished. The kitchen is well equipped and very clean. It’s within walking distance to all attractions and the parking lot is just 3 minutes away. We enjoyed our stay there and will definitely come back when we go to Cuenca again.

everything great in the apartment. well located to know the mountain range of basin. also to visit the city of basin located 30min by car. Also do routes such as the one in the nail lagoon. it has heating and wood burning fireplace. an area with barbecue. and field in the surroundings to walk with the pet. highly recommended

We were in Chulilla for a climbing trip. Ted and Zuzka's place was the ideal base for this. The apartment provided us with everything we needed to enjoy our trip - particularly a great kitchen. Ted was extremely helpful, offering us local knowledge of climbing venues and even providing a climbing guidebook for us to use. We had parking nearby and we were a couple of minutes walk from the lively town square - we recommend the bar La Routa for its friendly staff. We thoiroughly recommend Ted and Zuzka's place as a base to explore the spectacular local area as a climber, walker or sight seer. Thanks guys - hope to be back soon!

Rosa took great care of us. Very attentive to the arrival . The house is located 15 minutes walk to the center and bus stop to climb tb to the very close center. He left us some details for arrival and for breakfast. I would repeat it again .
