Apartment holiday rentals in Seven Mile Beach

The place is amazing. Looks over one of the best snorkeling beaches in GC. The outside patio is also enclosed with a screen so when we were at the house we were usually sitting outside enjoying the waves and amazing view. The location was great as it was central to the island so everywhere we went was less than 30 minutes. Liz was so attentive to every detail , we felt like anything we needed was there, from beach chairs to kitchenware. She even got my boys a little welcome gift. Could not recommend any higher. We will 1000% book here every time we come to GC. You will not be disappointed.

Demesio’s airbnb was amazing!! He was very flexible and very responsive. The place was very clean and easily accessible. Demesio’s airbnb is one of the best Ive stayed in on island. He is a fantastic host and I will definitely be booking again!!

This is the best B&B I have ever stayed in. The condo is beautiful!! Erin left so many nice touches like snacks and extra toiletries. It is a peaceful, quiet location but only a 15 minute drive from 7 mile beach. I stayed with my 3 kids and my mom and dad with plenty of space. Absolutely amazing. We will be back.

Gabriella was a pleasant, accommodating, and such a responsive host! She met us during check-in. The welcome gift was such a thoughtful touch. Her place was a hidden gem, everything beach (chairs/umbrella/towels) and basic essentials were provided! Access to washer and dryer was wonderful (especially with kids). It was easy to get around the island, location was very accessible. There were multiple pools around the development that we didn’t end up using but was a nice perk to have. Spotts beach was a few minutes away and was one of our favorite local beaches. Any questions or issues we had, Gabriella proactively resolved right away. Would definitely recommend Gabriella’s place for your island stay if you’re debating about it!

This was an amazing stay for a very affordable price be sure to rent a car if you stay here because it is very hard to get around if you don’t (45 min walk to nearest bus stop) and taxis are expensive

We stayed for two weeks. It was very peaceful. Donna was always very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay. We were sad to leave. The hotel has no control over the traffic noise but they have put things in place to combat this. We stayed in apartment 9 which faced the road. This was not an issue just something that we noticed. Wonderful place with wonderful people!!

Had a great stay and would definitely return. The location is perfect; close to a great beach (Spott’s) and everything else you need is within walking distance (restaurants, grocery store, liquor store). We hope to return soon!

Great location, very close to many great restaurants and grocery stores as well as a playground and only about 10-15 minutes from 7 mile beach. Jesse was very quick to respond to messages and had great suggestions upon request. House was clean and the AC kept the place very cool when we got back from our excursions. We would stay again on our next trip.

Great stay for a long weekend! The place was super clean and in a perfect location; really close to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice tiny spot good for the two of us for two nights. 7 minute drive to the airport. Across the street from The Wharf- go have a $40 round of drinks and watch the sunset. 5 min walk to grocery store, 10 minutes to bars and restaurants. Go to Bevvy before they tear the building down- awesome apocalyptic feel at the old Margaritaville! This spot is at the end of the strip; quite a bit of construction noise during the day (we weren't there much). Driveway is pretty tight (we drove a big ol' van). Hot water ebbs and flows but it's predictable. a/c worked like a charm.

Had a wonderful time and the place was great. Host was very responsive and provided lots of useful information to make our trip really memorable. Definitely coming back.

Host was very kind and helpful with finding activities and restaurants at an affordable price. She was very knowledgeable about the island and made our stay much more enjoyable. Everything was clean and looked just like the pictures. The neighborhood was very quiet and within walking distance from plenty of shops and restaurants.

Loved this place , wonderful experience. Felt at home for my entire stay . Barbara was a great host , very friendly and responsive. Everything was cleans , just as the pictures. Love the bathroom. Highly recommend if you're getting away for a couple of days .

This was the first time I have stayed somewhere with a bed that was as good if not better than my own at home! The place was better than advertised. Jennie was a great host, extremely quick at responding and also very helpful with suggestions. The grill ran out of gas and the tank was replaced in just a short time. Would highly recommend this place when visiting Grand Cayman!

Linda’s rainbow garden and getaway is truly a unique place to stay. Linda is a kind and lovely host who has grownup on Grand Cayman. She has developed a beautiful garden with colorful and whimsical garden art and local seashells. There is a wonderful fountain, shaded areas throughout the garden, and lots of choices for sitting in the garden. It is in the heart of a local neighborhood, which is a far cry from the resorts and crowds of the west end of Grand Cayman. It was wonderful to have breakfast outside and then enjoy the evenings in the garden. Linda’s place is centrally located so you can go in all directions on different days and not have long drives. It was a great spot to explore the island. The apartment was very bright and well planned. It was a great 6 days. Thanks Linda!

Tania’s place was perfect! We stayed for five nights and had a fantastic experience. The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated (Blue Paradise truly lives up to its name!), and equipped with excellent air-conditioning, ensuring our comfort throughout the stay. A bonus was receiving fresh beach towels daily, along with a stocked fridge with cool drinking water and fresh fruit upon our arrival. We highly recommend renting a car to make the most of the location—centrally positioned on the island - allowing easy access to both the west and east coasts. The neighbourhood felt safe. Although we’ve been to GC many times this was our first time at the Sunset Cove Condominiums. Livia’s place is exactly as presented but better……clean, well appointed, welcoming, nicely decorated, and literally steps from the beach. We will be pleased to stay in this property again. Livia was always available and responded in minutes to messages. It was a pleasure working with her. We definitely recommend this property and Livia as the perfect host!

Osberts place was perfect. 2 couples with 2 young kids (3/4). The cove was larger than we thought which allowed multiple families to swim and not feel crowded. The pool area was steps from the patio which made it great for hanging out poolside with quick access to the apartment. Osbert was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. No hesitation to recommend staying here.

Our stay was fantastic, we really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The one concept spacing for the kitchen and the living room flowed seamlessly to the outdoor back patio. Kevin was very accommodating even with our last minute. We really appreciate is effort. We will definitely be booking with Kevin again in the future.

My stay at Shangri La BnB was simply exceptional. The tranquility of the surroundings made it a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of the islands. The attention to detail and comfort provided by the host truly made it a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this peaceful oasis to anyone seeking a serene getaway.

Fantastic and peaceful apartment, right on the beach and next to a great bar and restaurant. Ideal if you’re looking to be on the quieter side of the island but still close to some fab beaches like Starfish Point.

We loved our stay at Sunset Cove. Verity was extremely helpful and very accommodating. She always responded to our inquiries quickly and was very kind and helpful. Her home is the perfect location that provides relaxation but also accessibility to what 7 Mile Beach has to offer. I would highly recommend staying at her property.
